Completed 4 free services. Those problems highlighted by me from first service it self still continue, even-though they are simple problems. They may be in wrong notion of free service, it definitely damages TVS MOTORS reputation. please warn them to give better service. My vehicleTVS sport problems:

1. Mileage not increased.
2. petrol level indicator showing wrong indication.

I bought tvs apache 200 on 21 oct 19. when i gave my bike for servicing they changed my battery and now they are refusing to install a new one.

My tvs Apache 160 4vs exhaust sound is too bad from few days. when i bought this bike the sound is smooth. Now it sounds too bad.give me a solution.tell me one thing can i replace the exhaust on tvs dealer because the bike is 7 month running.

Tvs is the worst company i have ever seen in two vehicle companies. Its Ntorq 125 model has been many technical issues like their dealers. I am from Bhim, District- Rajsamand (Rajasthan) Pincode 305921.

Last month i serviced my scooter from their, after 10 days it was not started. They take their time and change sparking plug and charge battery upto 10 amp. Not complete charge upto 12 amp. The workshop manager is giving the reason behind is that if vehicle is running daily 10km to 20 km, then it will occur 12 amp. Level. The vehicle is in warranty period although i paid for that. Today after 40 days it has same issues, What i will....? Because your help desk no. is not in service.

Vardhaman TVS , Ahmedabad - Vadaj branch has cheated me in overall insurance and accessories.

I have opt for 5 yrs full + 5 years 3TP insurance at additional cost , however TVS vardhaman has charged me more and given invoice of less money saying the additional value is thier vehicle commission . TVS is providing less commission and hence they have charged the same from me.

@TVS u r spoiling u r brand image with this type of dealers.

Please find attached my HDFC Bank account Statement. I have made online booking on 3 June of Rs5000 on TVS portal.

Later I have made payment of Rs 99000 and Rs 34000 vis Bharat pay in June to SD Motors Dilshad garden Delhi 110095.

It's been more than 50 hours since I have registered a complaint. The customer care team had assured us that we will get service within 48 hours but the problem has not been resolved ever after 50 hours. I have contacted customer care thrice but they don't have a proper answer instead they have given me 3 different contact numbers to ask the reason for the delay. They also avoided my questions just by saying that I will get a call from their manager which I haven't received yet. the team is only escalating my requests but not actually helping us.

As I didn't get the proper reply and response from the team I have registered the complaint on National Consumer Helpline. The docket number is 3061396. Now I am expecting a refund as the washing machine is still in warranty period.

Dear Team,
I have purchased the TVS Ntorq 125 CC vehicle on 11 October 2021( TN05CE0529)
At the time of my 1st service reading - 754 kms.
In 1st service I have faced starting trouble issue it was never resolved,

At the time of my second Service - 1822 km

Before my second service , it was frequently off the Engine. It stopped automatically . After trying multiple cicks ( 30min )  the engine gets started with a heavy sound.Hence I have given it to the 3rd service to resolve the complaint.
At the time of my 3rd Service - 4426 km
In this service the people changed the engine Black piston ( I guess ),  after 2 days again I found the engine oil leakage,  I gave the Vehicle at the service center but they are not responding to this complaint.
I don't have confidence that they will resolve this.  
MY COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED FROM 1ST SERVICE TO TILL NOW..
I am thinking that the vehicle has manufacturing defect,  I had handovered my vehicle on 4th May  for doing a service , No 27, Ram Nagar 1st Main Rd, Chelliamman Colony, Peravallur, Perambur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600082

KIndly do needful on this by considering this as a complaint. If this is not resolved , kindly replace the vehicle as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

We purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 in the name of Mrs. Nida R/o Harthala Bazar Moradabad from dev motors at Bhojpur Moradabad uttar pradesh before two months ago and we are follow-up for RC and number plates but they not providing me and demanding for bribes for 2000Rs. And they are saying unless you will not give us 2000 Rs. So we will not give you RC and number plates.

Remark: they are saying we have to give this charge for company and not giving me any receiving.
