I give my laptop bags to return to couriers boy tomorrow he has given me return and refund receipt but till now i did not get my refund of rs.750/-

I did not get my whole products and delivery boy collect full payment. When I opened the courier I got only one.

I purchase noun by westside libra denim blue dress.. But not received the denim belt.

I am not able to return the item against my order ID : 108355339. On going the order history it shows that you have not purchased yet now. how should I raise a return request?

I wish to submit that on 08.08.2021 an authorized debit was made in my SBI saving bank account by some hackers. On 08.08.2021, I approached to the forge customer care of Tata Cliq Mobile no. 090914-01141 about my return receipt of apparel I purchased few days back. The false executive of Tata Cliq enquired about the process and transaction details made for the deal and provided the link. When we click the link we received the message from SBI regarding debit of Rs. 19725.30 made at some Paytm UPI 70029418. Unknowingly, the money was dispensed, therefore I request you to take the suitable steps to avoid financial loss.

I have received the product but it is ill fitting and not as per expectations. I wish to return the product but there is no option to do so in spite of waiting for a week for the product delivery to be updated in the app.
Cannot initiate product return and calls to Tata Cliq Care number goes to automated response which is not helpful. There is no email contact provided either for any kind of support. I hope this complaint is re-directed to Tata Cliq Care for necessary action.

I had ordered for a noun tie and die top, instead I received coasters. I have been calling up almost everyday for past 15 days,no one has resolved the issue. please help. I don’t think I will ever order anything from your website.
