I bought Wipro Tejas 9 watts 26/10/2018 from paytm. 2 bulbs are not working from 20/5/2019. I want to change, where these bulbs we can change?

Myself Rajeshkumar Kadam from Khamgaon, Maharashtra would like to inform you that I had purchased Santoor Aloe Fresh soap value pack (3+1) soap from retailer. During using of it I am very surprised because there is no perfume in soap and very bad smell is coming from soap. My daughter and wife refused to use this soap.

Request to investigate and revert back urgently. If required I will send you all soaps to you. Please send address for same. Also attaching photos of soaps.

Please accept my congratulations for developing an excellent product. It is very good. A typical buy the big refill pack. A few points by way of suggestions

(a) that the product works reasonably well when diluted 1:1 with water , there might be a market for " ready to use/ once off" stuff or are you already offering it.
(b) is it really necessary to mention the chemicals that you are using for formulations: i am chemist by training so i am not upset about that , but common folks might get apprehensive
(c) it seem to work well for face washing, specially after shaving. Could there be a product extension idea there? Or it would be better to work the existing formulation to somewhat thicker / harder foaming material as shaving cream.
(d) Please do no keep changing the price: Rs. 99 was the sale price about 15 days back vs about Rs. 330. Stores like D-Mart are selling for Rs. 79. For me even at about Rs. 330 it is good buy, when another customer sees the price difference the impression it creates is not entirely positive.

I had made a complaint no.20191108608 dated 05/11/2019 regarding one pcs 15w Led Light of Wipro non functioning. Wipro customer care person told me that your replacement will over within 5 working days but I regret to inform you no one contact me reading replacement of non functioning led bulb.

You are requested to please pickup one pcs 15w Led Light form me and give me new one said bulb. I purchase said Led Light from Flipkart dt 20/1/2019 having Invoice no. FABVK91900018717. Please help me.

I purchased Wipro led bulbs but i am very sorry to say that the quality of bulbs is very bad no one glow more than 15 days so i warn to friends that above product is very low quality.

I use santoor soap for a long time. Recently I bought a santoor soap last week and when I used it smelled different like very very strong but not like usual smell. Later I found some irritation on my skin and also it caused allergy on my skin. Now I stopped using it. Plz Do check on products!

I am regularly using Safewash liquid detergent for laundry. I checked that the refill pack for this detergent is not available in the market and every time I have to purchase the plastic bottle pack. After every use when the bottle is empty we have to throw the bottle and buy new one. it would be great if company can provide the refill pack for the detergent so that wastage of costly packaging material can be avoided and refill packs can be made available at a cheaper rate. Pls consider this, it would save environment by avoiding generating more plastic and refill pack would be cost effective for company and customers as well.

We have purchased some Santoor Handwash (Mild lotus & Tulsi 215 Ml) from Big Bazar last week. When we open the seal (wrapper) of the Bottle we found that the pressing cap (where soap release) is not functioning, we though that there might be some problem in this unit. So, we also try to open all the other bottles but we found that every bottle have the same problem. It seem that all the product have manufacturing defect.

I am very surprised that like such a big company who have lot of quality control checks can make such a big mistakes. .

You are requested to take back all the products from Market and refund me the cost what I have made. This is legal offence and failure of refund I have to go for consumer forum.

We are using santoor soap since 20 years blindly without any complain but this it's disgusting only soap cover looks santoor but inside it's like hard and totally it's not santoor. Very sad to about your company loading it's image. What is the solution for this?

Hi team, I'm using Santoor soap past from so many years, now I found that soap colour has completely changed and its not suiting to my skin. The packaging everything is same but only the colour of the soap is been changed compare to old brand soap due to the package im unable to identify whether it's old or new brand. I prefer old brand soap. Incase if you are launched new brand soap I request you to release old brand soap with different style of packaging so it will be easy to identify.

From few months Santoor soaps are very bad quality and when we use those soaps, smell is different and my family members skin colour becomes very dark. From 28 years we r using Santoor soaps due quality assurance. You are required to please manufacture good quality and punish the dealers those who are distributing bad quality Santoor soaps. I purchased Giffy where 75 gms santoor soap is free. However when checked the soap is only 47 gms. This is cheating can you please rectify.

I have been using your product Aramusk Soap for quite a while. But I regret to say that the soap has not been sufficiently dumped into the market. I admire the soap and its fragrance. I am Vikash from Palam, Delhi. i purchased a wipro smart bulb 8 month ago and now its not working after many times call on customer care got no solution and their ASM Sanjivani Said Come Okhla to Change It. Very poor services from them.

To call customer care totally waste of time they have no solution and they have no technician to visit my place to change or check my smart bulb.

The perfume is good in small and good containment but the cap of the enchanteur is bad for use if I am buy the new piece of these perfume from shop in the first use of this product the cap does not work and if strange to work it only it leaked from the cap of I am already buy 5 product from this only 2 are worked and the another 3 bottles are at the same problem so please check the cap of the product.

I have recently purchased wipro's 6w led lamp and it has stopped working. I order it only 1 month ago and now it suddenly stopped working . At the Amazon site there it has been clearly mentioned that you have offered 12 months warranty with the product, so I have to claim my warranty.
