The quality of Gillette shaving cartridges is of very sub standard quality. I wasnt satisfied with them and had shaving cuts.

I am use the above product for last 10 years. This time I got a shaving cream From Royal mart shop Whitefield bangalore, during my usage the foam is not coming out after pressing the nob. This issue I have reported to your customer care executive were he said he will arrange a new one which it will reach after 7 days. For 7 days keeping unsaved doesn't make me comfortable. My Question is "the Shaving cream cannot be arrange in Bangalore" to solve the customer issue. Till now ( 7 days is over ) I have not received the Shaving cream. Kindly take necessary action by arranging it Today.

I have been your Gillette Presto customer for over 15 years. I do not have any complaint so far. Sometime the blade had been very good and other times it did its job adequately. A week ago, I bought a new Presto blade for Rs. 20. I had been paying only Rs. 18 in the last few months. With a higher price, I thought this new blade might even give me a better shave. Unfortunately, it did not give even one shave properly. Since I was a faithful customer of Presto for a long time, I was totally disappointed. When you make so many thousands of blades, one or two pieces might escape the QC check. I understand that and I am not complaining but I want to inform Gillette of the problem.

I was in the Boston(USA) area for a long time and enjoyed watching New England Patriots play American football. This football team plays at Gillette Stadium and you can see how long I am associated with the name Gillette. Now I am afraid of buying a new Presto blade for another 20 Rupees because I may be disappointed again. I would like your QC Department to assure me that I could safely buy the Presto razors in the future. Now what do I do with the Presto razor which I paid 20 Rupees for and is impossible to shave with?

Expecting to hear from you. If you do not respond immediately or ignore this e-mail, I may have no choice but to look for other brands.

I have purchased 3 packing catridges with Rs.28/- @ Eluru, Andhra Pradesh. It is informed to you no catridge working to shave. It is also inform to you. same expereince earlier also three times.

I am not able to find cartridges for the Fusion Proglide razor I bought at Hyderabad. What is the solution? Where do I ffind them. Can you arrange direct supply if not found in local market? Hope I will get a solution.

I have brought this product but now its system is not working. It still have over 70% of gel left but when i press the pump nothing is coming out. So it looks it has faulty system. Any solution for it?

Batch no 6068051831, mfg 03/2016 B-100659 found defective in that the can dispenses foamy material in place of gel. It is not even proper foam, lacking creamy feel. Sourced from CSD. First experience in a long time, not expected of Gillette. Hope adequate note is taken.

I purchased Gillette shaving cream from Big Bazaar, Race Course Coimbatore about 2 months ago and started using from 20th May only. When I pressed to get the gel I got air for almost half the tube. Is it not a gross cheat? Don't you feel bad for cheating customers.

Today afternoon my partly used shaving cream suddenly exploded at about 1.45 pm. The can bottom of the container had got ripped open. The blast was very noisy. No one is picking up customer Complaint number. I have taken the photos. Luckily no one was nearby. Complaint date 11 October 2018.

I was used your gillette vector it's didn't work. I get irritated when I use it, and it's waste of money.

It used to be the best one in the 1980s when it was introduced but now year by year when people have become habitual of using it, the quality has deteriorated to an alarming stage. We must stop using it now as the company is just making money from our hard-earned pockets and in the name of te quality it is pathetic.
