Toaday when I reached to buy 6 movie ticket around 10:45am your staff was saying that you can not buy movie tickets without buying combo. Can you explain it. When I don't want a combo. Why are you guys forcing to customers.

You are policy are too bad, if it likes that. This is disgusting. VVIP rajnagar cinema disgusting.

Greetings of the day.

I want to acknowledge you with the fact that the PVR cinemas of Ranchi (Nucleus mall) gave me a very bad experience, one of your staff named Shahid, misbehaved with me and there were other staffs who asked for my ID several times..I told them that I already have shown them the ID but almost 3 staffs asked me for my ID. They were judging me on physical appearance and I know showing ID is a protocol but there clear intention was to disrespect me. I have been regular to PVR cinemas but this horrifying experience will no longer be tolerated.

It was a bad experience from your side.

I entered 10:40 the movie started @ 10:45
The audio is not clear so audience are complaint but from your pvr cinemas management side no response
so audience are coming out from the screen. Then management says they refund money. But we are waste our time. So we ask them too give the acknowledgement but duty manager say we don't give acknowledgement. The pvr team members behavior also so rude. That pvr staff name Mr. Harish. I want a proper answer from pvr cinemas.

I went to Phoenix market city Bengaluru and saw movie.. More than the movie the theatre was awesome thanks for experiencing me a wonderful thing thanks to PVR CINEMAS.

Hiii pvr group... Ur service is not very good but today Bc of pvr deep... Not good service.

Just one feedback some clients comes on two wheeler to Watch movie and there is no Option to Submit their helmets. As helmets are not allowed in PVR and also no option to submit so where should we put our helmets. This is serious issue please solve this.

hi, I'm from Visakhapatnam (Vizag ) I want to know is your theater's available in our area? and if you did not have yet when you start your theaters in Vizag? if that not possible is there any way to send the request letter for theater for our area? please give replay.

Myself Joe (Advocate) (9790309921) i went to watch movie PVR SKLS Mall @ Chennai, a guy named Mani who was wearing specs ,wearing black shirt, was behaving very rude to the customer and myself.

And i requested him to speak polite to the customer then he started arguing with me, And said go and complain where ever you want, this kind of employer is making a bad impression to your reputed company. Moreover he said if you don't want to see movie get out from PVR ill face the consequences.

Even though i am an Advocate i don't want to take any action towards your company so take this mail as a final call and teach him how to behave to the customers in public.

Yesterday am come elante to watch movie when went to take the ticket first they add meal without my permission. she told me collect ticket from second counter when am ask to her she refused to give ticket without meal. its not first time few month ago when friend came their to watch kabir singh on that time also they add meal without permission and told us this is compulsory to take meal. if i didn't need or am not hungry why am take the meal both executive are behave very rudely and said to collect from where penelope machine are hanged. this is very serious concern. you are work with a good organisation this is not the way to attend customer.am feel very bad Experience this is the last time when am visit Elante PVR.

I had been to Mardani2 movie on 16th Dec, 15:45 show in Elements mall, Thannisandra, i had faced a problem to take ticket and wasted my 15 mins of show from your management, The auto ticket generating system are not working by gods grace there are 3nos and the 3 are also not working.

And more over there are three ticket counters in front of the systems in which only one counter is opened and there is a Que of 7 to 8 customers,

The PVR staff security nor the counter person are informing us that the systems are not working we were wasting our time nor any update like out of service or not in use was available. as i started shouting to the person who was sitting in the counter there was no action taken by them. after some time the 2nd counter was opened but it was already late for 15mins, i have missed the starting of the movie, i am very disappointed by the service of this PVR, as i visit Phoenix mall i appreciate the response from them i will give them 5 out of 5 , but for Elements i will give 5 out of 1.

I want to inform you that there is one gate dvice its called( sanitizer tunel). It will help us when our cinemas will be open. Is device ko hum aapne entry gate pe lagaege janha se patron aate hai jis ki wo pure senaize ho jayege or is se koi bhi virus aage tak kisi bhi person tak nahi jayega or hum bhi safe rahege it will hep baki zyada info ke liye aap gogle kar sakte ho thank u

I sent email to feedback@pvrcinemas.com 15 day ago , till now I did not receive reply and when I call they say IT Issue will take 24 /48 hours but I need to sort out issues regarding my PVR VOUCHER... VOUCHER NOS already shared in mail ...pl chk my mail id. Poor service of customer care.

Yesterday i.e 30th Oct -21 I had gone with my family to watch movie Fast and Furious on PVR Screen at Orian Mall , Panvel .

We had ordered 460 Rs combo pack from food counter , caramel pip corn was very bad when we given feedback to food counter staff they did not bother we had no option just left as it is.

We are regularly visiting PVR cinema from 2016,never except such thing from reputed brand like PVR.

I have booked tickets for spiderman no way home on 5.34pm today, For tomorrow's PVR Vegas 4Dx 10.55 am show on 21st december i have paid already but didn't got any tickets yet I have paid rs541. Please look into this and provide me with refund. ASAP. The show was cancelled by your side why should I be the one to suffer u guys are irritating me from last 2 days plz give me my money back .The pvr staff is giving me one answer that u will get the refund with 3-4 hrs and now it's been 2 days I am fed up with your same answer.

Myself Satya, On Sunday 16-01-2022 first show 7:50 I came for a movie. In break I ordered popcorn and paid money Rs.270/- amount will be credited to pvr cinemas account and ur staff said that they didn’t get any amount from my side because of that, they not given me popcorn. ISRAEL (9912917621) is ur staff he said there is a technical issue from ur side so amount will be credited to me in 3 days, it’s almost 5 days finished till now I didn’t get my money back.

Plz check ur transactions and clear my issue.

I have been visited pvr movies on17/12/2021 puspa movies, in break i have paid for popcorn, due to upi time out my payment has been deducted from my Account and sales person havent gave me popcorn and he told me Amount will be credited in 21working days i have been waiting from 42 days by i haven't received the Amount back. please do needful and pay back my Amount back.

Shalimar Bagh Pvr Cinemas provides pathetic service; as a result, I have to pay for food twice: first via gpay and again via cash since they claim they haven't received money via online mode. They told that if you pay in cash, you would be refunded in 7 days. I've been waiting for a solution to this problem for nearly four months.
