Due to link failure I have unable to collect money from various ATM Counter & unable to purchase from senko jeweler but today when we saw my account statement send by bank that 60000/- has been deducted my account. You people say your customer helpline is available 24X7 but if we call 100s of times no one receives the call.

I have been hurt to see the remarks given by your irresponsible official while disposing off my complaint ALBCARE84040.Without having a look over my more than 10 years relationship with bank and several high value onlne and atm transactions he put a question mark on my honest dealing with bank.It is quite clear from the last line of his remarks"If the amount is not credited it will be deemed that the transaction was successful".In my view he is viewing my this complaint with a suspicious eye. The irresponsible official even did not spared one minute time to think had it would been a case of the bank where a borrower would have transferred the amount online to the bank.I want know would your bank credit the account of the borrower without receiving payment thu online transaction considering the fact that borrower had successful txn?

I have nothing to add more.Now, it is not only the issue of non receipt of cash Rs.5000/- due to failed atm txn and getting no reversal credit,but also for my mental harassment which had hurt me deeply. I want to know the name and designation of that employee as well as place of posting so as to take this matter into competent court.

I've used my card in sbi atm for 10000rs withdrawal but atm didn't given me money and my account has been deducted of 10000rs and no massage and notification for this action. Also when i tried to connect with helpline number but no response. This is very bad and poor behaviour is for customer of this bank. I m still trying to connect with helpline but no response.
