I have apply for my passport on 9/4/2018. Till now no action has been taken, i also went to Bareilly office but i didn't get any clear answers. Till now nothing has happened.

Sir aap se request hai ki mera file process jaldi kiya jaye kyunki police verification submit Kiya huye lagbhag dhimahi na ho chuka hai main mail bhi kar chuka hu, call bhi Karta Hoon Lekin call Hamesha busy batata hai. online complain bhi kar chuka hu. Mera file number PA27C4177050618 hai. please mera file check kar aur jald se jald passport print aur dispatch kare.

Sir, Maine 1 Oct,2018 ko debit card se payment kiya to payment cut Gaya aur form submission failed show kiya. then after some min Maine second time payment kiya, tab success show kiya, par ab tak mera 1st payment kata wo return nahi hua,why? I didn't receive my son passport till now, its been more than one month. Its showing the same status from the beginning. Pls take some action on this as soon as possible. file no : SG1073969966619, DOB/ 20-10-2014.

My passport verification 2 times done.

All time everything is ok. Then what happened?
And again and again y they reschedule the appointment.

Please help us. What now we do ?
