Sir, On10-1-2019 I visited Saini Automobiles Kangra Himachal Pradesh for the service of my two wheeler. I went to the Manger. I asked for service. He appointed unskilled machine. He started to open the vehicle. I again went to Manger I objected. On this he comes on nonsense. I ask him to close the vehicle. I often went there. I found that there is no skilled person. those who are working there lack knowledge.

I had purchased a Burgman Street from Shaiba Suzuki, G.T.Road, Bhiringi, Durgapur - 713 213. Before purchasing the said scooter, I had asked for an estimate from Sri Prasanta Roy, Sales Manager (M: 9800729999/8906209646) on 21/04/2019. he gave an estimate of Rs.92,820.00 (77,820 + 5400 (Insurance) + 9600 (Road Tax) ), with a discount of Rs. 2000.00 on account of "Poila Baisakh" (Bengali New Year discount). Thus landed price came to Rs. 90,820.00. The Sales Manager handed me the estimate paper.

I went to buy the scooter on 28/04/2019 at about 10:30 hrs., and told to make a scooter ready. The same Sales Man Mr. Prasanta Roy told that the scooter would be ready by another two and half hours. So I left the showroom after making my colour choice i.e. Metallic Matt Fibroin, for finishing some personal jobs.

After about 13:00 hrs. I went to collect the scooter from the said showroom. When I was about to pay the above mentioned amount by cheque, I was told to pay Rs. 94,500.00. I raised an objection that as per estimate I am suppose to pay an amount of Rs. 90,820.00. I showed the estimate paper to Mr. Prasanta Roy. but to my astonishment, Mr. Prasanta Roy grabbed the estimate paper from me, teared it and threw it to waste paper bucket. He murmured that the final amount is Rs. 94,500.00, and I shall have to pay. As the scooter was already made ready, I was forced to pay the amount of Rs. 94,500.00. I was never told about extended warranty, for which I was forced to pay. Till date I have yet to receive the extended warranty card/document, so also a mat as accessory, which I was promised to receive during the delivery of the scooter. Very bad experience.

I have suzuki Gixxer naked I have done 1nd2 services on suzuki service center but now last 1nd2 service Sam complains same return complains an cloch, pickup & jarking, bike engine oil leakage this complains last services done charge around 900 /- change but not done properly really worst services center on (Aryan Suzuki on avalahalli kr puram Bangalore Karnataka) my vehicle no KA02JY4530

I am from Tirupati.i had a suzuki access 125.in Tirupati suzuki service centre had in skilled technicians.they changed my vehicles battery an week ago.but my vehicle is on starting problem within one week.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased SUZUKI INTRUDER F1-GLRAL9-GLRAL9 on 20.03.2020 from G.D Motors Pvt Ltd, Mahavir Enclave, Dwarka, New Delhi-110045 branch from Mr. Mukul. After riding byk home i face GEAR SHIFT PROBLEM AND METER PROBLEM. Immediately i contacted Mr. Mukul and he assured me that i can come after 3-4 days and it will be taken care of. Suddenly after that government imposed Lockdown nation wide due to Covid 19. Once the lockdown was over i again contacted them and i went to there office/service station on 01.06.2020 via JOB CARD NO- 4157. Even then also they did not address my problem and asked me to come again next time. I called them several times and after so much calling and chasing them, they gave me the date of 16.07.2020, i.e after 1.5 months of first visit. I visited on the date and they replace the meter from there another bike, but they did not look into the GEAR PROBLEM.

I have come to know that the motor bike which has been sold to me was a DEMO BYK as this was the last peace available to them at the time of sale. Please note that the amount paid for this BIKE is not small and I felt like being cheated by paying such a huge amount. It is a fraud that Mr. Mukul has done to me. He is the owner of the shop and also the service center so all my complaints are ultimately going to him. I haven't even got my REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE issued till date. Its been more than 3 months now, I have a fear of being challan by traffic police at any time.

Also please note that INSURANCE POLICY CERTIFICATE given to me is starting from 16th JULY 2020, while the purchase date of BIKE was 20th MARCH 2020.

With all such irregularities, i feel i have made wrong decision spending so much of my hard earned money with SUZUKI. I request you to kindly look into this and address my problems asap, as SUZUKI is such a reputed and one of the best Brands in which every person believes.

I have purchased Suzuki access and with in 6 months parts r not working as per dealership. Dealership are saying that company buy cheap parts hence wear out early. After market parts are of good quality.

I have purchased burgman street on 19.9.2021 from laxmi motors, Subhash nagar Delhi. On 1st may, 2022 morning, my scooty burgman didn't started due to some issues in the battery, then I decided to show it to the service centre @ nangloi. There they said the battery was found to be faulty / defective, then I told them to replace the same but they said it's a distributor fault not us. After that I visited distributor site, there he said it's a service centre fault and he won't compensate for the same.

So I want my complaint to redress asap else I will file a complaint in the consumer forum.

This is being to your noticed.
Our vehicle meet small accident on month of December 23rd 2023, And handover to work shop with all documents.mAs per my knowledge 3 Days work. But as per Gurdev voice it will be taken 20 Days due to no manpower And Heavy load he was say like this. This is right way ..??????

In this situation how can they will give customer service how can you given dealer ship for this situation not handled the DP. On 23 December handaover to work shop, Delivered on 9th Jan 2024 late night. On next day we find out Work is not done properly. Just my vehicle is 6months below old
1.Front Frame as it is damage and bend Lh and RH sides
2.Doom paint not done same scratches

On 10 Th Jan 2024 went to work shop shown to Gurdev but rudley behaviour to us. I can't do anything if u want escalate to any one. Again I was visiting to work shop and argued than taken my vehicle given acknowledge but till now no response and he is given warning to us take it as usual immediately other wise I can paid penalties to us this is right way of speak to us. Guru Dev service advisor behavior rudly speak to us and care less i ting he is unfit for service field.
