My organisation FUTURE COM was having Account (A/C No: 025361900001671) with your bank at Patna, Exhibition Road Branch. We requested for Account closure and Account closure request letter also submitted to your Branch. I have also deposited amount required at the time of closure as per direction of your branch on 01/11/2018.I have receiving of account closure request letter also dated 01/11/18. My account has been not yet closed till today . Every time i call i have been told new things.
I am highly unsatisfied with unprofessional & unfriendly attitude of your staff . This also one & only reason of closing account from your bank also.At my level i did my level best. kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Login issue in net banking
Dear Team,
i have account in your bank. A/c no: 017184600000652. Account name: Simrat handloom Store. I cannot login my net banking. Earlier that i was not added beneficiary in my account. Yesterday i was raise complaint in customer care 18002000. They give me reference of beneficiary add problem is: PT27189 and reference of Login issue : PT27238.
Please resolve this login issue and beneficiary adding issue as early as possible.

About not releaseing my home loan payment

Sir,i have home loan from Bhandarker road branch. builder changes there account details so i was personally submitted about regarding all documents to Bank with demand letter. he said it will take time bout 15,20 days but since no any action taken by them,not receiving ph call, again they want demand letter to builder again they submitted. so how can this procedure proceed this thing happened since 36 days, is this the right treatment by bank? can bank gives some replies about there policies to customer if they delay EMI? SO WHAT IS ALL? how many time i have to visit to bank personally cn bank pays my travel allowance and extra charges to me? i want complete solution.

My account is 027250700001238 in yes bank I m NADEEM MIRZA.I have a saving bank account in ur bank but when Ravi ur bank officer was opened my saving account they dnt tell me any condition or any details of instant saving account. They told me first 3 months u maintained ur account is 10000 rs.After 3 months u have a saving account and u can credit ur balance 10000 rs there is no condition but last month of October they deduct 2 times in my account as plenty. when I m calling 18002000 they said Sir u maintain ur balance 10000 rs maximum if u r not maintained ur balance so u have a plenty month by month. I had swipe my debit card 2 or more times and also used net banking so many times so whey they charged me again and again now this time I have - 145 balance is in my account.they dnt tell me about this conditions I m very disappointed from yes bank customers. so plz u closed my account or solved my problems.
