Sir I booking flights ticket 14 January at afternoon. Journey date 7 march but flights is CANCELLED without any information.. PNR is ROQPUX.. amount is not refund... When amount will be refund in my account.

This is not the service I expect from ixigo. Since the train has been cancelled there is no update from the ixigo team regarding the refund of train no. 11090 frm Pune to Jodhpur. The calls are as usual not reachable to any associate from customer service and there is no revert for the emails as well. Now I have received an email from irctc that the ticekets has been cancelled and have informed to collect the refund from the agent. Please issue my refund asap.

Sir I had cancelled my ticket on 31st July. BUT until now 9days had gone the refund have not come yet. Why and reply the reason for not receiving refund within your given 5days....Plz refund it soon.

I wrongly send 1000rs to ixigo@axisbank through my upi id dt 14/08/2019 with referance no. 922645820107. actually i am sending money to someone else but my paytm account saved this upi id because previously i booked a ticket from this app. so by mistake i click on this id and money transferred to ixigo@axisbank. sir please do the needful.
