Defective piece of NOVA electric kettle delivered to me on 17 Nov 2018. I am unable to talk with customer care flipkart. Kindly tell me the correct number to lodge my complain and return this items.

I purchases in october 2018 iphone 5s through FLIPKART this worst fellow delivers me a fake product and it has multiple problems screen blinking touch problem voice is not clear when i call, if i go for apple service center they are denying to give service because its a fake product. So please dont go for flip kart to buy on line purchase.

But the debit card is not accepted only Credit card. When the ad indicates all leading bank debit cards are accepted for EMI why this problem. Waiting for response
