Hopeless service. I got hindware Flora hobtop with Italian burners. Red flame was coming from one of the burners right from the beginning. The installation person told that it will become ok when it used. Even after one month I had the same problem. I called the service personnel, he checked and said that it's a manufacturing defect and burner has to be replaced.

My warranty is going to end in a month and still burner is not replaced. Local service person is not picking up phone and customer care is doing lip service. Horrible brand and I regret badly for buying this product.

I have bought the chimney some time back, but it is not functioning properly, from starting the suction is not good in the chimney now the oil get start leaking from the front led light side. means the complete suction is going in different direction, its a manufacturing defect and no body listen to that, done so many complain but no use.
