Jio call app was not opening. It's showing jio new configuration available. If I opens app then the app coming back automatically...even few seconds also not opening.

Worst network of jio in my area. Slow speed, buffering. i am changing my sim now.

The speed of internet connection provide by Jio in our hometown is about 0.10 -2.20 kb/s. What a waste of money to buy jio data plan. The jio network tower was estblishedlast year. About a month later the power back up system was mulfunction and was still the same till today. What your advertistment said about the internet speed was now day a JOKE.

Dear sir /madam jio call app is not working properly when internet is on it shows always offline. Due to this i am unable to call and receive the call.

When you have to pay, internet speed can be compared to that of nasa. But when you check your balance, seems as if you are using a (2G) network. Also i have a mobile tower right behind my house. But the speed which i get while surfing the internet makes me feel like the mobile tower is in PAKISTAN and i am in INDIA (TAMIL NADU). Please do something about it otherwise i will have to shift to other NETWORK.... AND i have one more problem that means - i will do my other recharge like (11,21,51...) those recharges are unsuccessful why ???

If you are not SOLVE my problem, Please send me a Mail to you are not solve my problem,and i will exchange my other network.

My Jio network is same as 2G please check this i dnt wana use Jio anymore I can't play pubg and mobile legend too it's too lag and high ping 236 ms it's so hard to play many of us has facing this problem frm long time ago I m from Imphal please help this.thank u

I am anil Kumar and my mobile no is 9015613028, I Port my number Airtel to jio by jio executive. My number has been ported in jio number and also sms has been received. I put the Sim first slot whereas network is not showed. Request you to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Jio rail app isn't working . It just shows the message that "enquiry and booking system is unavailable . inconvenience regretted . So I appeal to you to check the application and correct the error.

I'm Naveen Gautam from Satna MP I bought a new SIM of Jio a few days ago, which is no 7987409708. When I call someone from this number, Ajariya Ji shows the name in True Caller, why is it so?

Please correct this and make the name of Naveen Gautam in place of Rajariya Ji.

In my area jangipur 233305 Distric Ghazipur 27 hours going on is not coming network all people was disturb and may people port jio sim in airtel because in my area jio tower was very bad condition, 000kbps speed given.

I am writing from east pathan tola khalilabad sant kabir nagar UP 272175 .From 2 TO 3 months I have been facing Network Issues. My network Speed has Dropped to less than 50 kbps and I can't contact customer care. When I try to contact at night time it always puts me on hold and when in the morning i contact to them always this is a temporary problem will be solved in 3 to 4 hrs but yet not solved it has been 2 to 3 month along period of time still have the same speed issue in multiple locations. Please resolve my problem.

Full irritating network was very slow working as 2g speed even in less than 100mb worst services .money waste so immediately take action.
