E18-4 Insufficient balance error even after recharge
Since last 2 days I am not able to see any channels. I have done the recharge but It shows error E18-4 Insufficient Balance.
I called customer care 3 times, agents were not able to understand the problem and they simply transferred the call to other agents. on my request I was transferred to supervisor but he was also not able to resolve or understand my problem.
I mailed customer care twice but reply is very ordinary and not help me any more to solve problem.
It is very difficult to connect customers care, so I request online for call back.Till now I did not receive any call from videocon, till now I am not able to see the channels. That supervisor had not shared any complaint number.

No signal getting
From one week I doesn't get signal it always says signal not available my costumer id 41538006 my RTN is 9826928443. Please solve this inconvenience.

Signal not available
My videocon d2h dish shows no signal. I am call ing from one week but I couldn't reach to customers care. so d2h is unable to help me. Today I call to customer care no... +919115691156 and many other numbers, which are showing customer care number in Google. All are switched off or not providing any information. What a bad service you provide me.
Very very poor service. Will never switch to d 2h in future N will never advice any one to take this connection. My connection is recharged N its not showing any signal from last one week. Have been complaining from regularly. Yr staff is also not responding properly. And service centre too. Ek dabaye do dabaye N after that no help.
Channels dont work
Vidoecon has very poor service. The channels dont work properly. Its is best not to choose videocon.
Not activating
Keep getting this message... "Please wait for the scanning process to complete do not switch off your STB until this process is complete". Why?
Sony channels
None of the sony channels are coming. If we open any sony channel it shows no signal.
Unable to see channel
I have done recharge yesterday but not able to see any channels. From yesterday i am trying to contact customer service helpline number. But getting busy tone... It is irritating. waste of money and such a fraud company.
