I purchase model no 32PFL32301V7K2 LED TV on 10/05/2015.The sales man give me warranty for 5 year all included, he assure me that company provide services for 5 year free of cost. But on 10/01/2019 when i complaint for tv customer care executive tell me to pay 500/= + GST. Plz tell me whats the meaning of 5 YEARS WARRANTY. I know a knowing brand PHILIPS can't loose its customers a little bit issue. So plz resolve the issue as early as possible. Waiting for positive reply. Thanx

I purchase model no 43PUT7791/V7 LED TV on 20/10/2016. Within 2 year its Backlight is not working. I bought Philips TV as Philips has quality Products, But looking at my TV problem within 2years, I am doubtful about quality of Philips Products. This is never expected from PHILIPS.

Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Waiting for positive reply.

I had perches PHILIPS LED 40" and its model number is 40PFL 5059 on 02/02/2016 and there a small problem tha my t.v is Flickering and Rifting. So plz kindly visit for clear it's problem. And my no is 9451197100, 94546117772. (Thanu).

I bought television (Phillips TV - BAN0708180002BAN2909180018) 1.5 year back and faced motherboard issue..raised the complain 9 months ago. But it was not get fulfilled because of some issue.

I leave all hopes because of this service. Finally I got call from the company that submit you docs so that we can refund the money, became very happy and understanding the brand value. I followed the same and they verified and gave one number and address to send the TV. When I enquire number not working address not existing...

It's frustrating and not sure where to send my tv. I mailed so many times but no response. Please help here.
