First my order was samsung galaxy j7 and amount paying through credit card Rs-15000, but order was been delay for one month and cancel, then flipcart returns one thousand return for order not cancellation and balance amount is 14000, then i was order Moto g-3, price is 12,999, order no-OD103743134005984200 and mobile is not functioning & generating heat in many time, this product is not good and he keep one thousand extra & not return. Many time call the custom are care, he/she will return the money but till date they do not return. So, plz accept this request and try to return my money, bcz i am paying extra EMI to credit card. My order OD304429146094177000 was received by my dad on 18/11/15
And I had a trial on them on 22/11/2015 But these loafer's were not at all comfortable. And after I removed them my foots were on fire plus these loafer's were hurting me for a whole day as I wore them for a whole day. Today on 24 I made complaint regarding this but I my loafer's were not taken away by the delivery boy as he said that they are not in a good condition. But actually my complaint was that the sole is damaged after I wore them as its a quality issue and this product should taken back. I want flipkart to do something regarding this.

Hi, I ordered a air conditioner - Hitachi RAU018HVEA 1.5 tons inverter split ac on 19.10 2015. But the product was defective. The Hitachi engineer visited my home on 04.11.15 and could not install it because there was a gas leakage issue. From a long period of time you had been apologizing me but could not take any step. You went on taking time from me but not giving any respond. We are very much disappointed on flipkart. Please take back your item and refund our money as soon as possible. My order number is OD304451100978120000. I have mentioned about my problem earlier also but that the product delivered was damaged. I got it replaced but again the product delivered is a damaged piece...now if i ask for return then 150rs will be deducted.. this is so unfair. Flipkart should check the product before packing. I want my money back.

I bought a Samsung power bank (10000 mah) On 26 August 2015 from flipkart. I was not working more than 5 min. then from 27 August to 27 November I have complained for my refund more than 10 times. now I am not in a mood of complaining anymore. I am planning to kock the door of consumer forum and courts and now I realise that flipkart is impatient...!!

I book one laptop from your side till now not received it and do nothing to the status, always your team person tell i will delivery within 2 to 3 working days. I never used from today also never suggest to any friend to purchase anything from your app.

Not satisfied.... I used to prefer flipkart cause of its service but then my heart by one incident. I ordered a redmi 1s last year and I got the box well packed but I got inside the battery scratch guard and wall charger and the handset not at all. I ordered it from flash sale and trust me it was my first touch screen. I don't know about replacement that time but then too I tried to contact them but no help...disappointed and was hurt. I know flipkart is good site nowadays but due to that incidents I m afraid of using it and believe it was my worst experience... But can't help it. Wish u luck flipkart but pls don't hurt more.

Recently I bought an IFB microwave oven for Rs. 13990/- which has come on time, after 10 days the company has sent a person for installation, he found that the oven is not in working condition. we were told that the oven has to repaired or to be replaced, but the IFB company says they can only rectify the fault and they wont replace. nothing is moving in this regards. I would like you people to do some thing in this complaints and replace the oven as soon as possible rather then sending message alerts and calling me every day saying today and tomorrow.

I ordered for Bachini Whatsapp Loafers on 27th November 2015 (Return ID: 37804393, Color: Blue Size: 41 Qty: 1). I received my order on 4th December but the shoes are of different sizes. The size written is 41 but it is clearly visible that the size is not the same. The pair is defective because one shoe is too loose to wear. I am a first time user and I am sorry to say but it is not a very pleasant experience. I am requesting to kindly refund my money and arrange the return as soon as possible.

On November 8th i ordered the Dell inspiron 3542 Notebook. When i got the Dell laptop on 12th November i am shocked that the laptop was one side speaker hardware damage, laptop hang and battery problem. I have visited dell service center in nehru place and I met mr. kapil kumar. They have checked my laptop and he told me that this is a hardware problem is not software problem. If you want replace his sound speaker. So I can replace your sound speaker but I do not want this because this is one month replacement guarantee from flipkart. I want only replacement. I have called customer care a lot of time in flipkart but they are not taking my replacement request. That is taking to me in miss behavior. I have talked last time mr. Dinesh kumar(process manager), shailesh kumar(am) and Nitesh Luhar sr. super-wiser they have not solved my problem. They are giving me tat one day, two day and three day.

please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my replacement.

My issue is for this order id OD304375079999688000 as i received that product at second day its get stop to work and the product was also out of stock after 5 days it comes in stock so i requested for replacement for that first the pickup has to be done after that i was getting the new product but the courier company was updating wrong comment that cx was not available for pickup for five time after the complaint i got call from your side and on call confirmation the issue your agent approved that my replacement before the pickup and it was also shipped but on that time i got call from our side i dont no why but i was not able to receive that call and after that from your side the replacement get cancel after that when i call your agent told that the product was not available with same seller the price of product is blade 99/- rupees but i am not getting a single replacement plz do the needful for my either it is last order from your side i will expect the need full help from your side.

I have purchased Asus Zenfone 5 from Flipkart on 10/02/2015. But I am facing problem continuously.
Problem is :

1. Automatically restart problem.
2. Battery not charged and not connected to PC
3. Camera not shown when click on camera it shows camera not available.
4. Voice not reached to end used.

I brought MI 4 mobile device (price 17,999) oder id: od304191547463455000, delivered on 22/11/2015. I know that there is replacement period is 30 days, but i have create problems one by one after 25-30 days from purchase. And on that time i cant contact to flipkart customer care. I went customer service of MI, they said, your device has major defective problem of motherboard (overheating,cant connect with pc, sensor issue). Now i have bad review of others about repairing of mi device in there customer service centre, and want refund or replacement of my device. But at flipkart customer care, they says that we cant give refund or replacement after 30 days and not take single responsibility for my shopping through flipkart even that warranty period of 1 yrs. of product, even major defective problem. so help me regarding this issue,what i do now.

I have bought an iphone 5s on EMI from flipkart and they have processed my order after 2 days they have send me an email that this order is cancelled and we are refunding the amount . When I got my credit card statement . I came to know Bank has been charging Interest. It is Flipkart fault which I am suffering for.
I have already send an email to them and waiting for reply.

Great Name but poor services. I do not understand how they are accepting an order when they are unable to fulfill. They are making customer fool .

I have ordered lenovo 6000 plus, total amount of that product is deducted from my account but flipkart is refusing/negotiating that they didnt get that amount and they didnt given me that product also. I want my money back in my account otherwise that ordered product.
