My Complaint no. is 16982501. I have registered this issue on last 2018-08-19. Still this issue is not resolved. Always tech support giving me new dates. Now almost 1 month is over and my request still pending.Every time new date are giving to me.

TCL — they don't know the meaning of after sale service.

Day 1 : my panel started to show dark red colors in most of the places.
day 4 : one agent came and he said its got malfunctioned, we had to replace to the panel. since the tv is under warranty ( its been only 3 months ) he said it will be done for free.
day 10 : no replies from agent. so i called him and he said its coming.
day 20 : he said, panel got broken while importing so they will try again.
day 30 : he said the same which he said on day 10.
day 40 : he said the same which he said on day 20. now i got mad and yelled at him how on earth it can be damaged during shipping for two times.? at that point he said, ill give you someone else call number regarding this and that someone game someone else number again and that guy promised it will be fixed in three days but nothing happened.

Now they are saying that they have no idea when the display part will available.

After purchasing a TCL TV via Amazon, we have only been dialing their customer care numbers, their third-party vendor complaint cells and their reimbursement department. The TV stopped working within 6 months, we had to wait for 2 months for them to respond on the defect, 15 days for them to take the 'defect piece' and 1.5 months for them to reimburse the payment (even now the amount has not been reimbursed). Today finally lost all the patience and made a final enquiry to Gagandeep Gulati (999989066) - the person responded that the money will be transferred in 20 minutes.

Not done! Called back again to check and he responds it will be done by today EOD - lost my cool as I have been irritated hearing this response for the last 4 months now. 33K is not a small amount - the way these people respond is like we are asking for their money. Finally he disconnected the call and doesnt bother to answer the call again. What are you guys upto, TCL?

I have purchased a brand new 65 inch TCL Tv through Amazon a week back. I have called up the customer care number 18004190622 five times for installation and demo but yet no one has visited. Amazon has a 10 day return policy and if installation does not happen by tomorrow then I will have to return the TV. Please have my job id 45099301 attended by first half tomorrow.

I have been following up with helpdesk for installation but they are not giving me any answer and it's been 48 hours already. Rather every-time when i call for an update, they gave me following number to contact :

The call centre executive Named "Kajal" put my phone on mute TWICE when I asked for the supervisor.

I would need an action on this ASAP, if your customer service is such, we can not trust you for after sales service and I'll raise the return request by noon tomorrow if i do not hear anything from TCL.

I'd also like to put my experience in social media to ensure the customer either gets good customer service or think multiple times before they makes up their mind to buy TCL product.

I purchased 40" led from Amazon 0n 28 Oct. i open it & check it's ok condition or not so. I power on after few mints the screen get black out & volume will out & raise the complaints in customer care. they note done my compliment & share me complaint no two time but same two technician call me & ask what issue? I tell him same I write before but no one visit or no responds. what is next step I want replace my led TV or refund other wise I go for consumer court its poorest service I have request not to buy tcl product.

Hi ,

I am vivekananda I had purchased the television of tcl thinking it’s a good brand, now I am not able to get the service I have called more than 50 times but no response.

Before lockdown itself the tv stopped working till now I am not able to get that service done , they took almost 45 days to visit and now they are telling that board of the television is faulty from may 4th 2020 after partial lockdown was relaxed,but still I am not able to get the repaired.

I am calling daily to the service centre but they are not responding properly and one miss Roui in bangalore service centre she is very rude yesterday also I had called customer care I forgot his name he told he will be arranging the call from the senior person but again he also did not call .

At last today after calling couple of time I got connected to your customer service executive he is also disconnecting the call for three times and never bothered to call me back ,if this is the service how can we keep faith on this company .

I am asking you people to get the service done as earliest or replace the tv even Lower model will also do later you can change once my tv is ready .
I am asking for the back up tv u take as much time u want but get this done .
Since lockdown there is no television at home so

I had purchased a 50 inc LED TV in December 2018 from Vijay Sales. Recently there was some operational issue with the remote and is now completely non functional. Had raised a complaint in the month of september 2020 and October 2020 with the call center. Both the complaints were closed without providing any service. One of the complaint no. is IN102020024096-01. The new remote is yet to be delivered. The service person some one named Mr. Umesh (mobile no. 8451006752) has been giving false commitments and fooling around for the past two months. Even the call center service is extremely poor. Not a preferred brand ever again and even not recommended since the brand has no intention to provide better after sales service.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have purchased the TCL 108 cm (43 inches) 4K Ultra HD Smart Certified Android LED TV 43P8E (Black) (2019 Model) | B07TM676N1 ( B07TM676N1 ) on the name of Harshal Wadkar At/post - Sasewadi, Tal - Bhor PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, 412205 on 26th MAY 2020.

The said TCL TV screen was working properly initially for 2 months, and thereafter, on the left side of the screen some lines appeared without any damage from outside. We have ignored the same because initially those lines are few. But nowadays those lines have increased and covered at least 6 inch portions of the said TCL TV from the left side.

We have registered the telephonic complaint with your servicer. your technician had visited and checked the said TCL TV (20 days ago) and informed us that the screen is damaged and required to be replaced. He told us that they will take the said TCL TV within 15days and replace the screen at their/your service center. However, he/you has/have not contacted us again nor take any initiative to replace the Screen of said TCL TV.

We are very disappointed with your behavior and services.

It appears that you don't care about your customers and just want to grab their money.

I am Rajasekaran. I gave a complaint to TCL customer care but he did not respond my complaint. some one is attend my call he say my complaint is registered and the service guy is come to your home in 24 or 48 hours but no one is come to my home. so after two day I call again one person is attend my call i say no one is come to my home he replied I send the receiver in tomorrow but no one come to my home. in day 4 I called 4 times but no response. I call again some one attend my I say my complaint suddenly he on the call. call is running but he didn't talk with me so I cut my call.

Shame on TCL for employing useless people in their customer service. i have raised a complaint that my tv is not working on the 10th, a service person checked & confirmed that the backlight needs to be changed and a request was made. I was told it will take 10 to 15 days. There is no job (Ticket#), no feedback as to whats happening etc, just left in the dark. When contacted the agents give us false promises just to get a good service rating spoken to manish, nahyak, babitha etc (Bangalore). That's what they said, all have given false info & promises. When asked why's it take so long for a part yet be dispatched (When we buy any thing online form any were in the world it does mot take more than 4 day's to a week, or any questions they can't answer, they hang up). Tcl will never do well if you continue to treat your customers if this fashion, learn your lesson fast. Sack your customer service team and dispatch the service parts fast. I have all the conversation on all call recorder. Considering filling a complaint with the consumer court in a few days if no action is taken by tcl.

It is almost 70 days, my LED TV complaint. I have called several times to the customer care and send email to the TCL company.They told that they will replace the TV. Till date there is no response from the company. My family members are really suffering with out TV. Kindly give us replacement TV immediately without any excuses.

I had purchased a 43 inch TCL TV on 25 Nov 19 and it stopped working since 17 Jul 21. I have made lot of calls complaints and pathetic customer service.

After 3 months of chasing, now they have replaced a old non working TV and again unable to reach anyone.

Why do you cheat the customers like this?

It is almost 5 months, I have raised several issues on the portal as well as on the call.

My experience is very bad with TCL. Very pathetic service after sale.

We have purchased TCL 43" TV on 16th Oct 2020. But suddenly we found there is issue of Display. We have registered complaint again this. Pls find below Job ID. Initial inspection done by your technician after that there is no response from your end. Its been more than 48 days.

Sir, One of our valued customers purchased a TCL 55" TV on 22/07/2020 from our store Jumbo Electronics.3 days ago, that customer registered a complaint that the display of the TV is not working- VB problem. We reported the problem to your company ( IN112021126543) and the technician visited their home to check and rectify the complaint. The technician told that there is shortage of board and that it would take 2 weeks to replace it. Further, the technician told our customer that he has merely wasted money buying TCL TV. It is not good, VU is the best brand. Sir, if your technical team speaks ill of the company, then how shall we trust your company?

It's been almost 50 days I didn't get solution for my TV repeatedly i been complaining, Almost it's been many days TCL team said will replace with new unit till now none of them visit customer location,Very worse service given by TCL brand.
