I would like to tell you that you are providing the 3rd class service to me there is no way customers can contact or if at all the bell rings it says busy hours n hours wasted calling this 3rd class company. your company is wasting our time n money both shame on you who ever is responsible for it.

Very bad experience with the Videocon d2h.Customer service provided number does not connect.company feel that he is only one in the universe who provide this service.several times I have call but number goes busy every time .if company did e respond I will change my Dish TV company definitely my contact number is 9811385589 or you can call me 7011359597.

Yesterday at around 5:30 pm I have recharged my new South gold pack fr 200 Rs.and my customer ID is 50306520 But channels are not coming. Trying to contact customer care but not reachable. Totally bad service. If anyone going to buy this videocon d2h service, please dont buy. Totally bad bad fucking customer service.

A few days back I recharged paying Rs.500.00 only and selected my package costing Rs. 153.00 PM. First the service remained blank for a few days, then these were started under the package ordered. Now, these channels have again suddenly gone blank and there is no response to my phone calls except that they repeat what has been the amount paid and are not going to listen to the complaint.

It is disgusting and I feel better to do away with your peevish working, if not restored my package immediately. Besides I reserve my right to approach the customer court for claiming the damages.

I recharged 2 days before but why did you stop my free channels also I paid for star sports hindi ..it is also stopped few minutes before without any reason .. customer care service is worst.

This service is very bad. my account already recharge but channels is off. i am very upset.
try customer care service is very bad.. Got sms stating the above mentioned channels are activated but it's 2 days bit yet not activated please do the needful.our id-12756099.

I have Paid EC 1000/= on 18/04/2019 but still nothing updated on my TV screen which I dont know when my next experiencing date and when to renew.regarding this i have informed by mail but not responded. Today around 4.45 pm i recharge my d2h account. But the amount is debited in my bank account. But i checked in my customer ID 214473001 is not account updated. My registered mobile number is 8939886035. Ref.

star utsav is not available in star value pack,but when I have checked in star value pack there is star utsav but it is not describing on screen.

My customer id is 95904690, I have recharge with Rs. 165/= on 5th june , transaction id is 108598005857, but your customer care representative told me to give your bank details,what does it mean , anyway, I just come to the point, my TV has not been activated/ recharge, pl. take necessary action.
