I had bought a VIDEOCON LED 50" Smart TV from BARCO ELECTRONIC, UTTAM NAGAR on 08 JANUARY 2019 and I had raised the complaint regarding my LED 50 inch smart TV last month, my TV is under warranty. The technician visited within a day. Also said that its going to be repaired within 10 day and now its been a month but still facing the problem of black spots on the screen and they are becoming larger and the speakers are also not so good in sound and still there is no action taken by the service, I've been following up with the BARCO ELECTRONIC and getting the same response " that I need to contact the service center.

Now I fedup with your services and I WANT YOU TO REPLACE MY LED SMART TV.

Our ac is become complained about 2 months, no one come to my home from customercare. So please send me the AC service engineer to my home immediately. Please.

We registered 2 complaints with Videocon. Each time the complaint got cancelled with the service guy saying, its not in my radius. When we tried to reach videocon again, they number doesnt connect. Consistent issue for last 15 days.

Gave up!!!

Please dont buy Videocon Products! The after sales service is so terrible, you will repent buying a product.

I have purchased a washing machine Serial No H20916270167500356, Model DIGI-ONE: WMVT 75C45, colour light gray. it was purchased from the Tanuj electronics, Kurukshetra, Haryana-136118; dated 26/06/2017 and it was installed on 30/06/2017. The amount of Washing machine is 24500/-. The product was out of order on 25/06/2019 and a complaint was registered on 26/06/2019 [compliant number LP-4601981906261 ]and the service man of your firm said that PCB of this washing machine is not working and it will be replaced. But till now we have not received any positive reply from your side.

The service man, Gurnam Singh, phone no 09416481787 is not responding and he saying that the company is not providing any service and the performance of company regarding service is very poor, then we contact with the Sahil hans, area manager, 08529260007, he also replied the same and said that i acn not help you in this matter and go to consumer form. After that I tried to contact BSM VG (Pardeep Sharma) phone number 09354216617, he did not pick the phone and then I put a text massage to him but he did not reply and blocked my number.

Is This the reputation of your service? How such type of service man are hired by your firm. Now we lodged a complained in national consumer helpline. and my docket no is 1497750 and 1499879. The bill is attached with this email

the sales man is also not providing any type of help this is bad for the reputation of the firm. i also contacted with the customer care by telephonically, but again poor response. We will highlight this in media and social media.
