This company is a third-class company. I did not get anything or refund the money back.

I have reached to easy day on this 25 and there no preference given to any customer except vendor.

Hi, I have taken membership based on two conditions:

1. That is there home delivery
2. Payment is through cards

They mentioned both things are available and hence I have taken membership. Now when I placed order for home delivery they are mentioning pay through cash as they don't have card payment facility.. this is CHEATING and malpractice. I want refund of my Rs999/- which is taken from me as membership fees and what ever discount I have got till date I am ready to give them back.

Please respond as this is not at all acceptable.

At the time of membership company agent tell me about the free gift ie iron but after one month i cant get any gift, very poor service.

I have applied membership online and pay Rs.999/- on 7 Dec. 2018 till date membership card is not provided to me.

Yesterday 26/01/2019, I visited easy day which is located in Najibabad (Bijnor). I have done payment through card and the bill amount is of Rs. 1684, the one member of staff i.e. guard misbehave very badly. They are trying that we have stole one packet of tide surf. Again and again he was saying that we have stole. I am also having membership card of easy day. Seriously this is bad experience for me. I will never visit easy day of Najibabad again in my future.

I am extremely dissatisfied with easy day store at pimple saudagar the store manager and the store keeper not responding to any call or messages if they don't deliver the product they shod tell. It's a worst store and there is no need to take any membership and the products are also worst quality.

I resides in Ludhiana Punjab and customer of Easy Day store for the last 8 year. I also using membership card for the last three year. My average shopping per month is around Rs.5000/- In the month of March & April I also shopped above Rs.5000/- and becomes part of your offer. Till date your store in Ludhiana not provided me the offer of Bag for the month of March2019 every time I visit the store for bag they gave the reply bags are not received by them and they say they call me when bag comes but I have not received any call from them. I am very much disappointed with this type of service if the company cannot provide the offer then they have no right to declare the same to fool the customers, Please look into the matter and arrange for the same.

Staff has no time for new customers, membership not explain concept clearly.

I am not receiving any SMS/email regarding purchases made by me and the balance of limit outstanding against membership card.

Regarding free gift for the month of May'19. I am membership of this company.I purchased Rs.5218. But as per the your Raebareli store record my Easy Day card transaction show less amount. In this matter i cant get any gift,it is inform you that see the above issue and provide Gift earliest.
