I have very bad experience with Blue dart, they do not have any direct contact no for customer service, their toll-free no is worthless. they also update fake information if you track your waybill no. online. they are not able to deliver the parcel on time.

I missed my courier on 6 of Nov so I wanted to resched it so I called your toll free no and spoke with a b***h called muskan. I explained her that I am flying on 10 around 2 so can she help me, she is telling I just have the slot of 3 to 6 pm and if you are not available it's your problem, and she hung up what kind of customer service is this, I wanted my parcel asap.

Hi, This is 2nd time my Citibank credit card is undelivered and held in Bhawanipur office stating consignee's address mismatch/incomplete, landmark required.

Not a single time they called me as what address/landmark is required to deliver the card. I called them at Bhawanipur office from just dial but they give me the customer care no#. Please assist how could I help you to get my card.

Today 2 may in my deliver date in axis Bank credit card but your staff person not delivered my product and wrong details given in your personal website in the address not complete (consignee address not complete) bcz as per addhar card my complete address given detail below my address. please contact tomorrow and give my axis credit card otherwise I go to the consumer court and send the notice.

Dear Team,

This is regarding my Axis bank kit has got delivered to the wrong authority person.

Hence raising the complaint against the delivery person who has delivered and want to know how he could delivered without right person authority. Consider this on high priority and confirm get this resolved as soon as possible.

Shipment from Axis Bank vide Blue Dart Airway Bill 35421913343 has been delivered and received by NARAYANA. I don't know who is person Narayana.

My courier not received my address is correct but ground team not contact me and they told your address is not a valid your customer service is very poor and ground service is very poor they not solve my problem. I am very feel so sad many days I have properly contact with your Blue Dart customer service but not sufficient answer of your end please solve my problem as earliest my aw number is 35814860196.

A document had been booked by M/s Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance from Chennai to Bangalore vide docket no. 35727801045 on 27th Nov 2018. From 29th Nov to 4th Dec 2018, this shipment was shown as “Out for delivery” everyday and also with a remark ” Consignee’s address incorrect”. But, the concerned Executive who has given this remark never called me on the contact numbers which was mentioned in the address. Finally this document was sent back to the origin by this hopeless service provider. I do not know who ranked this service provider as “ No.1 service provider”.

The Service provided by this service provider is “Third Class”. To know the status of the delivery of this document, I had tried atleast 10 different contact nos. Including the main Customer Care number none were answered. This is the quality of service from this “ Black Dot” (Sorry to say) courier service. India Post’s “ Speed Post” is most reliable and trust worthy now.

I had a call from bludart employee Mr. Anand Joshi regarding delivery of my courier then I asked to tell him to come on my address n give my courier but this guy was very Irresponsible he said me that he will come tomorrow to deliver my courier but he didn't come n he didnt receive my phone after that my courier was returned to my bank. So service is very bad n that employee Mr. Anand Joshi is worst employee.

Blue dart couriers every time creating problems for me. Just today also my order will deliver to me and courier boy contacted me but I didn't lift after I tried him multiple calls but not responded and he updated the status location not found then last week also I received courier to same address. And I have find his name as courier Balu phone number is : 8291807234, also I have multiple times the same problem only from bluedart... Finally the worst service is bluedart

My awb no is 35867293722 is not given us because i am not present. so am going to blue dart office janak puri new delhi taken my packet and not give us long driving and going faridabad to new delhi morning time what nonsense service.

The Delivery boy updates the status as door locked and tried calling even though no attempt was made. This is second such incident for the same courier. Service getting from bad to worse.

Hi,
I was suppose to get delivery of shipment from HDFC bank but inspite of repeated follow ups as stated by others they either not intending to deliver or has some issues internally. but if not delivered on time I have all call recordings with customer care and also proof that delivery was never attempted to my address on time. AWB#36087874340. IT is critical shipment from HDFC bank. Worst service should not continue services or will arise legal complications.

Nobody attended my delivery against shipment no 35996054706. why you are not interested to delivery..if u r not interested to deliver then why booking my document from axis bank as you are totally careless in this delivery. But I do not hope from blue dart delivery totally casually.

Your delivery person inform to you wrongly and they are not attend delivery in this address. have not satisfy to blue dart service.

Your service is very poor. i have ordered an item from nyka in which they said that the delivery was available on my address. but now they didn't delivered the product and said that address not recognised.

Mera naam Ravi hai. mera tracking no hai 3610283810 actually main office rehta hu toh ghar mera locked hota hai isliye Maine apne dusre address par packet magya..delivery boy ne kaha main aa jaunga ..wo aaya but main office main busy tha toh call nhi utha pata 10 min baad Maine call kia toh wo chilne laga aur gali dene laga bola fir Maine kaha cheekhne ki jarurat nhi asi baat hai to packet le jao. Mgr urgrnt us packet ki jarurat thi toh to mere brother se baat hui to wo bola jo karna hai kar lo main packet nhi dunga. Then call kaat dia Maine bohot try... very upset mere pass unko no or recording bhi jo main consumer complaint main dunga.

I have not yet received my consignment (waybill no-35967375485 & Reference no-1905842324500380) which was supposed to be delivered on 3rd march 2019 at Dhanbad I had spoken to ur representative yesterday and confirmed the address and landmark. My contact no is-9971707091. Waiting for ur response ASAP.

Why the packet yet not delivered by giving repeated reminders to customer care on 6 mar 2019 and then contacting local office of blue dart.again i called on 11 mar 2019 to customer care and this time some rudely guy named Mr Balachandran wht a shit guy not talking properly so all in all my packet not delivered yet sine 1 mar 19 .

my tracking no is 35966443866. they even not call on my no... 8859316793.

Very bad n worst service still not received my parcel parcel already in bgm office on sat 13th April called n informed to give the parcel to the address still not received it’s 16th April today.

You are not taking suitable action against about this matter and please tell me way your Company/ Firm not taking interest about this matter, what i can do for it and i have already write on MounikaM @bluedart.com but i am not getting suitable response. So you are again requested to please delivered the my shipment No. 36141477595 today positively. And take necessary action concerned matter.

Axis bank sent me my cc. But the delivery boy said I’m not staying at my home. While I was inside the home. Always issues with it. Worst service. I don’t have any contact number of blue dart or delivery boy. Pathetic service.

I had sent parcel to Bangalore on July 13, 2019. The parcel has damaged. We had pasted label of “FRAGILE” on it. But still it gets damaged because of mishandling. I had registered a complaint on July 16, 2019 and asked to waive off freight charges and credit at least 50% amount of the item.

Today I received an email from customer care that there is no damage to shipment. I had a word with them and I received a feedback that they have investigated the problem and they found that packing box does not get damaged. Let me know one thing, if there is any breakable item in packing box, how packing box will get damage???? Customer care is saying that there is no remark on POD for damage of piece. How can the concern person know that the contents of the package are damage without seeing any visible indications of damage on the covering portion?

Now they are is urging me to close the complaint without giving exact reason for damage along with reimbursement of freight charges.
