From 31october to 12 November how much money I have send? that is fraud so refund my money in my account number, my account number is 627002010001335 and catch that person who are doing fraud.

My payment not refunded By upi transaction.

I have an account 528202010212389 in Kakri Branch of UBI Sonebhadra UP-231224 in which i have opened a recurring account for monthly deduction of Rs.4000/- from the last 18 month Rs 4000/- deducted from my primary account but when i search through my net banking i found that no interest for my recurring account have been added to my account and when i consulted bank manager he simply refused to help by saying that on of their staff while opening this account forgot to add interest. Is this the way to explain your failure?

inspite of my various written complain till date no action has been taken by the bank they keep on saying come tomorrow and i keep on visiting their in hope of getting goof feed back. I am also a govt employee and they are behaving like this . Please look after into this matter and arrange to provide interest for my recurring account and try to teach your staff for behaving with the customer.

I am a premier customer and I requested for supply of cheque book as your bank informed that old cheques in the name of former bank Corporation bank would not be honoured. I gave a written requisition on 30-3-2021 with the bank staff at the branch with my address but till date no response.
