My name is jyoti i have account on paytm wallet. last 3-4 years i am using your service continuously but last Sunday (date-24/02/19) by mistake one wrong recharge happen on google play store. Deducted 5000 rupees in my paytm wallet its completely mistakenly happen i taken continually follow-up you 24/7 service but till not get any solution on that 5000 rupees. Its big amount and i using your platform so its your responsibility to refund my amount.

I also talk with Google play store team but he said me its all responsibility paytm company so please help me on this and return my money i am not using any Google service nd never use before its bymistakely happen so please help me and take seriously this issue.

I hope your team take this issue seriously and resolve and refund my money i will also attached Google team reply on same issue

Paytm is worst application than any other shopping app. i order Premium headphones but got Samsung worst headphone which is not working. try to contact them but contact numbers not working there email ID was not working... worst app.

I have purchased one sports blue tooth head set ( white ). when i open the pocket and search the mobile BLUETOOTH HEAD SET is not working but i check the charging BLUETOOTH but the BLUETOOTH red light is not on it means that piece is defected. My name is Abhishek Chaudhary and i am working as an operations manager with Conneqt Business Solutions PVT. LTD at Mohali.

My Registered Mobile number with PAYTM is 9815105203, which is active on PAYTM from more than 3 years and the monthly usage of this account is more than 20,000 every month.
I have an another PAYTM account with is registered with number 8437768999 which i rarely use as this is my wife's mobile number.

On 19th April 2019 i have done a recharge of Rs.499 on my mother's AIRTEL prepaid number 9501675226 from my PAYTM account with registered number 9815105203.
Order ID : 8004953479 Date : 19-April-2019 10:31 AM.

I have an another PAYTM account with registered number 8437768999 on which the K.Y.C was done on 23rd April 2019.

On 23rd April i was just checking my PAYTM account with registered number 8437768999, in which there was an amount of Rs.502 in its wallet.
I was just checking the payment options for the future recharge of my Airtel prepaid number which i recently recharged on 19th April.

My Issue is that while checking the payment options for the future recharge on 9501675226 the amount of Rs.499 got deducted from my PAYTM wallet without my confirmation.

I just entered my mother's number just to check that what payment modes will i get if i recharge in future, but nothing happened to my expectations as the amount directly got deducted from my wallet. The recharge which i did on 19th April was valid for 84 days and it does not make any sense because no one will do the same recharge on same number within the validity period.

And i never thought for an instance that the amount will directly get deducted from the wallet without showing and other payment modes because K.Y.C of this number was done in the evening of 23rd April after this incident happened.

Before K.Y.C of this account i was trying to send money to an another number as the amount of Rs.502 was there in the account but i was unable to send the amount because K.Y.C was not done. So in my mind i was thinking that without any confirmation the amount won't get deducted from the account but nothing happened according to the logic because if we cannot send money to an another account without K.Y.C than how come the amount got deducted without any confirmation.

Being an old and valuable customer i am feeling cheated as i have raised more than 10 tickets from the number 8437768999 and called many times on the PAYTM helpline and every time the agent says that sir we will surely resolve the issue as the recharge will be cancelled and the amount will be credited back to your PAYTM wallet but for that you have to raise a ticket from the PAYTM app and after raising more than 10 tickets i didn't get any resolution from your end and all the tickets were closed without any resolution.

Moreover no one called me once before closing the tickets and in one of the ticket it was written that i have to AIRTEL customer care and i also called them and informed about the whole issue, they clearly said that it will only be resolved through PAYTM's end but no such request has been given to them by PAYTM.

I am unable to understand that why can't a brand like PAYTM is not resolving a simple concern. I am also working as an operation manager in a B.P.O which handles AIRTEL Postpaid and AIRTEL D.T.H customer care and when i internally contacted the AIRTEL Prepaid they informed me that this is a simple concern but it can only be resolved by PAYTM.

So i request you to kindly look into this matter and please provide me a resolution.

9815105203 and the second was done on 23rd April from my wife's number i.e 8437768999.
Both the recharges were of Rs.499 and are done on same number i.e 9501675226.

I have done recharge on 8369815778 for which I have got confirmation from Paytm My Register Paytm Mobile number is +917666972064.

I have called JIO Customer care executive, they told me that they have not received the payment yet but, money have been deducted from my paytm account.

I am attaching the screen shot of the transaction as well. Kindly send the refund or get me a successful recharge.

Recently I had make a payment of 350/- to a person through paytm... but paytm does not show the number to which I made payment. moreover it shows some name of receiver... while payment made by scan of paytm code.

So my concern is that pls tell me the detail of person to which I make payment because it's fraud and use paytm platform. So I wish paytm tell me the detail of that person nd how you allow such criminal to use your platform...??? Without display any detail of account even name number of yjat person...?? I tried to book ticket from irct web site. payment gateway paytm. with my kvb debit card .ticket amount 4044.64,date 21st jun2019. ticket is not booked. amount is deducted in my bank account, please chek it once again. i complaint my bank. he say bank transaction is success. you ask your wallet (paytm). please check it once. and refund my amount as soon as possible. I attached all documents for this transaction. like bank transaction and irct transaction. amount is not refund in my bank or paytm still this date.

Paytm gift voucher in 300 rupees please send my 300 rupees in paytm wallet.

On 2 Dec we were ordering for Fastag and after paying Rs.500 via Netbanking the Transaction disconnected and Failed. However, the amount is Cleared from our Bank. We were told on call, we should again make an order for fastag and the previous payment would be refunded in our account. But we have not got any refund so far.
