Can't pay bill in phonepe, It is coming error when I enter 10 digit of accounts no.
ECS payment
I have been paying by ECS for 15 years. In September, Bescom didn't collect from my bank, and I have been sent a double bill this month. No idea if Bescom has discontinued ECS service. Phone helpline person said I should email, but I keep getting diverted to this page.

I am paying the bill thru ECS from SBI WEST OF CHORD ROAD BR. But Bill for the billing period 15/10/2018-
15/11/2018, amount Rs. 697/ has not been debited to my account so far even though the payment due date is 29/11/1018. When I contacted the bank they asked me to contact BESCOM OFFICE. Kindly Clarify the action to be taken at my end.

Disconnection of power despite bill paid in time
My RR no GTEH4824 bill was due on 20 March 2019 and paid online on19 March 2019 but BESCOM people disconnected power on 22marh 2019 without notice. The meter reader who came for disconnection was very arrogant. But the helpline people have resumed the power on the next day.

Electricity not working properly
From 10/05/2020 12.50pm power supply is not regular. There was huge increase in voltage causing electronic devices like my microwave to burn.

Good morning . R you know what you are bill sending Bill my Acc Id 7650935992 you should be clear now. Last month I paid my bill online Rs 1448. Already paid just I called Bescom head office. They told me ma'am last bill have sent wrong reading. My question it's not possible are you mad what your thinking. & Now I received new bill amount is 4491.97 what happened I paid last month amount 1448 r. so now I get bill amount is 3044. I will go to consumer court.
