On 09/08/2018 i did online payment to make easy day card and money was transferred from my account. I didnt received the transaction id because my mobile was not working and due to which my Easyday card was not made.

Ambala, mahesh nagar easy day wale bol rahe hai apki detail to online show ho rahi hai per payment nahi aayi. aisa kaise ho sakta hai main sabko time date transaction I'd bhi batai hai per koi solution nahi hua hai.

It is very sad to inform u about behaviour of manager at your easy day store at Karan Bagh Jammu he is least concerned about variation in rates displayed and final billing it is not only once I have informed him personally thrice as There was no feedback/ complaint register available at the counter he refused and told me to call toll free number or lodge complaint online.this situation is very embarrassing for customers in front of mob when he has to drop items due to shortage of cash as per billed amount where as rate displayed are less.

Please look into and instruct the staff to update the rates displayed or remove the old tags till the time it is updated as per your system. This type of staff bring down the reputation and goodwill of the company as he is least bothered.I request you to instruct the manager to take care of store properly or remove who is least concerned about his responsibility

It is very sad to inform u about behaviour of team leader Shubham bakshi at your easy day store at sec 14 sonipat haryana, He talks very rude. Please look into and instruct the staff. This type of staff bring down the reputation and goodwill of the company as he is least bothered.I request you to instruct the team leader to take care of properly and be polite and mature.

Rajnagar Extension Easyday outlet have stock out of required item on the eve of Holi. Item like refine oil, Nariyal Burada, Maida, etc.

When ask the care taker of outlets they reply '' Nahi hai to nahi hai dusre jagah se le lo''. This is not the first time happening. I hv doubt that the manager is doing malpractice with the local vendors.

If this may continue definitely business of easy day will be hampered in future soon. Request you to instruct the manager to take care of store properly or remove who is least concerned about his responsibility.

This has been happened with me during billing of easy treat fruit juice, offered buy 1 get one but billing of two items found two times. I have facing problem of wrong billing previously. So I requested to you all please add up and counter check itself. Second thing every visit always found wrong price tag on item. When issue arising in front of easy day gays it's behavior is very bad.

I am a Easyday club member with M.No.9536908456. During the month of May 2019 I have purchased items from Easyday store at Janakpuri Bareilly. On 29.05.2019 I have received a SMS on my mobile 9536908456 that " Greeting from Easyday Club. Congratulations, you are eligible to get a Koryo Kettle @ Rs.179/=.T&C" but on enquiry from Easyday store at Janakpuri, Bareilly store incharge had told me that they have not received any message in this regard from Head office. Also they have not received the Koryo Kettle till date.

Please forward necessary instruction to your store incharge at the earliest. So that we have collect the Kettle and we remain our faith on your's such type of offers.

The orders are cancelled last minute after confirmation that the stuff will be delivered. After various requests no call back from superior as promised on call. Not sure what understanding you have for customer services.

My name JPYadav and Registered mobile No. 9911811983, 07 sep 2019 I have purchase easy day card on 999 RS. through easy day store and store executive commitment to me every month 200 RS. Cash back but only oct-2019 month received 100 Rs. only. And discussion with customer care and store manager they not solve issue and customer care and store manager statement not matched each other. I want to said easy day top management , why false offer commit to customer.So, I want to easy day management, please compensate this inconvenience by easy day store other wise I will go to consumer court.

I was assured that the cash back on Milk , Bread and Tea leaves will be credited to your wallet on 16th Aug. but till date no cash back has been credited to my account. On 17 Th Aug. i inquired from una Store but they did not reply Pl. take proper action in this
