Sub: Defective whole unit of split AC.

On 18.02 2018, i have purchased lloyd split ac model no.LS19A5CX through online marketers AMAZON. After getting the AC i registered it through lloyd App. And registered for installation within time the company‘s authorised technician attended my call installed the unit. But from day one its not working properly. Again i registered a complaint about this problem within 24 hours the head of the technical office attended and checked thoroughly and got out conclusion about problem immediately he contacted related officials and discussed about the issue. They suggested him to replace the P.C.B. and Blower motor. After getting the spares from they changed the spares in place of defective spares.

After changing the spare it worked properly for 2 days. After that same problem arised again. Again i registered the complaint on one week back. Today they responded discussed about the issue at same time he discussed about the problem with technical engineer. They came to conclusion that again have change the PCB AND BLOWER MOTOR. what they suggested me that pl. Close previous complaint no HIL190418415543 and register a new complaint. I have done what they said no. HIL 250418449558.

IN MY THECHNICAL experience the whole unit was manufacturing defect . My request you to change the whole unit in place of repair.for yor kind information i am strong supporter of your company. Even though while facing this type of problem again i purchased another number model LS 19B32 FM IN TOTAL I have purchased 3 units to my house. So pl. Consider my issue and change whole unit thank you.

Hi, i brought the split ac lloyd that time company gave us to 3 time service for free in 1 year. when my split ac suddenly stopped then I complain service center. After 1 day one boy came to our house to check ac and he take hour to find the solution but he can't find the solution. when i ask him what happen they say his rude behaviour i don't know after that i told him please clean compressor he clearly say no. what f**king service and his name is nikunj from gandhidham lloyd service center kutch gujarat. such a worst service.

Dear sir,

I recently purchased Lloyd’s window AC however it has started giving me problem from day one. The window ac purchased on 7 Th June which was installed on the 8th and from then it has started giving problem. A huge sound of explosion followed by compressor switching off and ac not cooling.

I have complained twice. First time the engineer came told to check the voltage of the house and left. When checked the voltage it was found to be proper so I took the pain of complaining again. Second time the engineer said the voltage is proper but let the ac make a noise in front of me . Then I will open it and check. Please keep in mind the AC was purchased only couple of days back and I don’t want them to open the AC and fix it. However the ac did not make any noise, and he was not happy with this video . I told him to take it to the service centre as the ac is defective for which he said I have to give towing charges for the same both ways. When I objected, he said at least one way u have to pay but let me speak to my supervisor and then I will get back to you. The ac is still at my home. The stores @Ambaaircool in Tilak Nagar Delhi has given me a defective aircon and no one is ready to take responsibility.

Kindly sir intervene and solve my problem as the weather in delhi is too hot and AC is need of the hour. Kindly replace the air conditioner with a new one. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I purchased Lloyd’s led however it has started giving me problem from 21/05/2016 . The led tv purchased on 06/06/2014 which was installed on the 07th and from then it has started giving problem from 10/05/2016. Coming only sound and without display any type of picture.

I have complained twice. First time the engineer came told to check the voltage of the house and left. When checked the voltage it was found to be proper and said backlight problem then i said ok change this. Second time 29/09/2016 same problem come then the engineer said the voltage is proper but let the again backlight problem . and he said panel problem and this time i will change ur backlight and next coming same problem then i will change ur led panel. then third time again same problem 16/06/2018.

aur dusri baat isse pehle bhi meri led mein problem hui thi us samay ye warranty mein thi fir bhi aine har baar backlight change karwai us samay service centre ne kaha tha ki agli baar ye problem agar aati hai toh company led replace karke degi. par aaj jab vo warranty ke bahar hai hai tab mujhe kenh rahe hai ki aapko panel change karwana hoga aap bataiye 45000 ka panel change karwane se acha hai ki mai led replace kar du so agar aap ye problem resolve kar sakte hai to replay me otherwise mai consumer forum jakar apni complaint file karu.

We are suffering so much problem from 20 days regarding lloyd ac that is not cooling properly. so we registered complaint on this problem on 9th July. on that day technician came and just cleaned the ac &said there is no problem in the ac it's okay. he told that after he goes ac will start cooling as it was working before. but the condition of ac became horrible than it was working before. so now we could do nothing. The other day we called electrician to see whether there may be any voltage problem. but he told everything's ok. Again we gave complaint to your technician. but his response was very rude and worst. however after so many calls and so many visits finally your technician came and checked the window ac. and the problem was the fan motor of the ac was not working. so it must be replaced with new motor. so he told that it will be done in 2 to 4days.

Again the same process began, means there was zero response from technician.and also local representative was not answering to any of our calls. so you only decide who is right and what can be done quick so that our problem will be solved. please help us as we are suffering so so much.

I had bought a lloyd 1 ton inverter AC on 08/06/18. First they took 6 days to install it that through local technicians who charged me 3000 rs to extend the cord by 1 meter. The AC stopped working before one month only. Whenever I call to customer care, they suggest me to call local area manager who just postpones it to next day from last 10 days. No service has been provided to me from customer care executives, local dealer or area manager. Worst experience of my life with any product. Now I had to buy a new ac of some other company after so much harassment.

I have purchased the Lloyd TV from your authorized dealer (Wadhwa company) Last year. Bubbles appears on the screen. A complaint was registered approximately one month ago. One person of your company visited our home and check the TV and click some photographs. He told, that their is some problem in panel and need it to be changed and also assure that your complaint will be resolve within 10 days. One month has been passed no any action/Proper Response has been received from the company. It is requested to replace the Tv at the earliest otherwise i shall knock the door of the consumer court.

One 2 ton AC is installed at our India Post Payment Bank office Pratapgarh, which is not cooling properly for past four months.

Complaint for this issue had been lodged on 04-09-2018, ref no. - HIL0409181138204. Technician visited to see the problem and told that there is some gas leakage issue. He advised that an amount of Rs.2,250/- will be charged for repairing of AC as this is not covered in warranty. Complaint for same issue has been lodged twice earlier in the past months, but the problem still persists. The technician visits and solves the problem temporarily.

With in an year I had more than 10 complaints and services done to my ac as it's a faulty product and the technicians are useless. they don't resolve the problem as there is leakage in the in door they just come and fill the gas and leave instead of fixing the problem... My registered mobile no is 8886989446. Replace my indoor or I have to file a complaint for the same in consumer court for the trouble I have faced with my ac. Lloyd is worst company with worst service didn't expect this kind of cheap service from a reputed company.

I purchased Lloyd’s lcd (L28ND) however it has started giving me problem from March-2018 and June-2018 respectively. and now the problem is remain same. Every time they Charged 700 rupees from us. The lcd tv purchased on 2-April-2016 which was installed on the next week and from then it has started giving problem from March 2018. Coming only sound and without display any type of picture.

Sir its a humble request of mine that please do takecare of ur registered comlaints received by we the customer. i have registered a complain in 10th of march which has not been registered due to some error and then the very next day i lodged a complaint on 11th march the complaint id was-120319604859 which had a server issue as mentioned by ur customer care.

then i lodged 1 more complaint on 15th march id was-150319633752, which hasn't been responded till now by any of ur technician. so its my humble request to please have a look over the issue and maintain ur repo.

I have bought a new ac from llyod but having cooling issue. The technician told that there is shortage of gas in ac. So again i lodged a complaint but since 10 days nobody has attended the complaint. So called them again now they are telling that your complaint is closed so you need to register a new complaint. This is pathetic customer service i have ever seen. On calling Mr. Kinjal Mehta RSH of llyod he has no sense to how to talk to the customer.

We tried several times to contact him through his mobile number9849107734 bot no answering. One day visited our house his said he came from lloyd services kothaga dem, he said board problem. If you want we will place an order for new board. We gave consent to him for purchasing new board. He said we will fix it i n 3 working days. His phone no is 6303 553345 . Now he is not lifting out calls. He gave another number to call 9346815580 that man is not lifting our calls. We fed with their attitude. We call customer service Aparna senior executive ur services promised me ur problem resolved on or before 19/5/2019. So far it is not resolves. Today again I called to customer service. Abhilash another executive answered my call he says that again i will register ur problem and I will send the mail to technician. He has sent a message of technician number which I earlier mentioned the number. Only these executives are trained up to say sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate ur problem once again

This is my complaint id 1504191000940 regarding a faulty PCB and a faulty display PCB of our Lloyd ac, which is pending now for 2 months. its 45'c in Baripada,odisha and my old parents r suffering without air conditioning. I contacted the customer care of both Lloyd and Havells and also got in contact with RSH Samarendra Ojha several tyms who first told us the parts are not available in ur warehouse in Bhubaneswar and will come from Delhi, then few days later he said it has reached Baripada and then long pause for days. When contacted again he said parts are coming from Bhubaneswar and then again nothing happens. we called again he said parts are coming again from Delhi and then one days he says parts courier went missing. lies after lies. I mean is this a joke.do u guys even care.its a shame for an established company and its liar employees who just know how to scam and thug poor customers who later on can only regret as no one is listening.

1st store makes u run after them, the customer care doesn't respond, the RSH lies and lies about parts coming from Bhubaneswar on this day that day with vague excuses. u keep following up and then one day u give up. I mean buying a product from ur organization is a pain that keeps lingering without any resolution. Shame on u guys!!!!

I have purchased lloyd inverter split ac through a dealer MTK ELECTRONIC main 100 ft road chajjupur colony sahadra-110032. After getting the AC i registered it through lloyd App. And registered for installation within time the company‘s authorised technician attended my call installed the unit.But having cooling issue.Complaint for this issue had been lodged on 29-05-2019, ref no. - 2905191561890. Technician visited to see the problem and told that there is no problem. He advised that contact with lloyd company and replace the ac.

kindly resolve the problem immediately.
