Very poor service, calling from 2 days but no channel starts. very bad customer care service. I am already recharge 300 rs monthly package. 28 feb.2019.

This is no 1 worst dth service in India. i call tried number of times but any customer care people not pickup my call. this is very poor service, i will try other dth.

Whenever i tried still to contact to customer care it had not reachable. Always says that call after some time.
Really it is very poor service.

Yesterday I created new pack as per notification of TRAI But still pack is not active Error "E16-4 is not part of subscription " Tried many times to contact customer care still not able to contact customer care.

Past experience from last one year was also worst. They even not bothered to support and suggest customer better solution. Incompetent service team they have.

Dth channel not showing after recharge. Your customer care call center contact not received by any person.

What happened to this customer care office, whether they terminated all employees or they are going to shut down their services, as per TRAI rules selected channels are not telecasting, tried to call them to activate channels but only IVR system voice tell us about monthly plan amount and nothing else,,, but recharge method is perfectly working, they want money without providing the services,,, definitely these dth should be shut down soon.

Ur service is worst. From last one week I have been calling ur call centre. They pick up after hours and keep on hold for hours or disconnect. U think we r free sitting here!! I have selected channels. It's not shown.. When we complaint u start it. What is this.?!?!

Seniors in the family regular watch them. After paying the complete charges why don't u give proper service. Ur supervisors r too... Busy like the ministers. Rather the P. M still has time. But ur supervisors don't have time. U better call as soon as possible.

Poor customer care service. Many times calling care centre but no reply. Very poor service of videocon. Max channels of my package is not display. No clarification of any things. If possible pl activate all channels of my package otherwise deactivate all channels, further service is not require from your company.

Pl provide your service to the customer instead of countenance.

From 2 to 3 days i was continuously trying to contact him on both number but they are not connecting with call center. M totally tooo much irritated because of this type of service.I Don't know why they are running this company. I will suggest to new joiner please don't connect with him because they will irritate you
every time they are not solving the customer problems and his both toll free number also not working.

Customer care call not connected & worst customer care service, d2h service also.

It's really true. Videocon d2h service is worst. They will not pick the phones always show switch off. I am really angry with your service I call number of times but all it just useless only irritation come I think Videocon is provide worst services to the customers I am totally unsatisfied with all your service useless customer care numbers automated call come again and again.

That number doesn't work and that you must have taken care. It irritates. this is not customer care number this is only cheating and that you know very well. You are in India that's why you do such kind of nonsense activities and nobody takes I stand in front of you.

Videocon ki service pehle thik thi. Ab bohat kharab he na hi call lagta he na hi customer care proper he. Me ab dish change karne wala hu. Very third class, and poor service, And customer care service also very bad.
