I've never experienced such irresponsible service center ever. First of all not listening to what my problem was. It was just about the relay because of which the self start was not working. But no, they had something different in mind instead of solving that the plugged out something else and then said the problem is with the battery. And when the found the battery is alright then they added a little twist to the things saying "the wiring is faulty". Really stupid and irresponsible people I found there.

My name is gopikrishnan and i have a bajaji pulsar 150cc( Tn09cq9716). I am not at all satisfied with khivraj chennai service. They have charged water wash even vehicle in handover for 1st free service. But still now they give not provide proper bill explanation.

Hi Bajaj team,

I am facing frustrated experience with your bajaj dealer KLN, Ambattur, chennai, Mr. Thomson and team.

In chennai usually two-wheelers delivery with registered, as committed by Thomson would be delivered by 5th day that was 4th March.

I paid net cash for Bajaj CT100 bike on 27th Feb 2019, but still bike not delivered with registered.

They said problem facing cash receipt in RTO, 'that would be resolved in week time", he said.And next committed delivery date was 6th March, and then 8th, 11th,13th and 15th. But still bike not delivered.

I feel frustrateded in initial stage with Bajaj Auto, they are still struggling with registration and don't know the exact procedure. I do not know how many days take still for bike delivery, so I want to resolve this issue immediately or i want to my money back.

I hope you can resolve this immediately which will avoid go for level action by Monday.

This is regarding my bike Pulsar 200 NS (MP 09 QC 3171) in which some spares needs to be changed like Front Mask Fairing plus tank cover plus side panel or water pump casing now any of the listed above spares are not available in YUG Bajaj (authorised Bajaj auto service centre for Indore) plus misconduct of the service in-charge Mr Abhishek Tripathi Mob no. (+917389906555) who does not know how to talk to customers shouting unnecessarily & not providing any spares details for the bike.

No response from the. Agency. In paonta sahib arjun auto in hp. And no response from krishna auto. In hr yamunanagar. No response from customer care, no concerned person has phone me in 24 hr.

Mera bike pulsar rs 200 abs ka self kam nhi krta.. Service center se koi response nhi mil rha.. Please help me.

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Bajaj Platina 100CC motorcycle from Pioneer Motors Enchakkal, Trivandrum on 21-12-2018. From the day I purchased, I noticed a noise from the gear box or from the Engine side while running. I informed the Showroom Manager Mr.Vijayakumar and he convinced me that this is a normal sound for new on-road vehicles, after some kilometers it will stop. But that hasn't happened till date. Two services are done and they have charged me around Rs.1000 for repairing to rectify that noise. The problem has not been solved even after those services. The vehicle has run around 4100Km. Still that noise persist. I am not satisfied with this bike and the service providers. I informed several times to Service manager and they refuse to rectify the same.I think there was some manufacturing defect. I have compared this with other Bajaj Platina 100cc bikes and this problem is only seen with my bike.Please consider this as a special case and kindly provide me with a solution to this.

This is Mahesh from Chennai. I bought my dominar 400 on 06 Mar19. I'm facing fork issue I gave my bike to service center for6 times. I'm not satisfied with they are service. They told me that in city road u get hand pains , u travel for long u won't get pain. I tired long ride to Bangalore I'm really unsatisfied of my bike. Really service is too bad. In front wheel there is no paint at la on next day I informed to showroom they told we will give any composite till now they won't give anything.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I had purchase a new Bajaj Ct 100 at the date of 16-04-2019 from Swadeshi auto Raja garden New Delhi, and now at the date of 27-06-2019 his fuel tank was leak so i go to the Swadeshi auto t also no Rama road For regarding my complaint , till now no one is respond on my complain also no one is assure me when the fuel tank is arrive every time they said sir give us the 2/3 days we will arrange it so its my problem now see when you respond, also ADVISE TO EVERY ONE DO NOT PURCHASE BAJAJ VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY NOT HAVE SPARES.

I am planning that this two bikes which one I Have purchased ? I live in kolkata. This two bikes which bike is better for riding in city and also highway and which bike performance is better. I am so confused. Anybody uses in two bikes so plz comment in my maid id. Thank you.

I am not satisfied with low beam light. Its been around 4 and half month my new 220 pulsar low beam light fused, its reficulas I done with this spare part, totally unhappy with this issues. i am not going to bear this issues.

I have purchased new pulsar 150 neon 4 month ago. Problem is when 1st month i wash my bike get water in petrol tank engine and air cleaner and now break system totally failed from 15 days. now I want to go to court.

After i made above complaint to Pioneer Bajaj. They informed me to handover the bike for checkup to Thycaud Pioneer Service Centre. My bike was with this service centre for the last 7 days (from 21-05-2019 to 27-05-2018). The Service Manager has admitted that there exists a noise. As he couldn't find out the reason for that noise, he just gave back my bike after 7 days without fixing it.

I'm sure that its a manufacturing problem from the company's side.

Till now, the problem not yet cleared. Bike turn around 6300kms. Still no proper clearance from service side. No guaranteed mileage.

Not satisfied. Worst bike. Feeling cheated.

I have bought new pulsar 150 on jan 12 2019. My bike is gud in the begging but now a days cumming to the mileage its very bad and the service center they dint do  anything it is the worst service center. When i said about my problem they will just the the general services again i have to tell them my problem it is Talwar services center in Y junction kukatpally. Coming to mileage this bike i dnt know what to say i thing it is giving only 32km.

I have given my bike for some parts to b changed on 3sep 2020 and today it have been 11 days and there is no action taken by the company. My bike ns200 right side parts has to be changed and they r taking lot of time... My request is to plz check my problem seriously.

Tamilnadu sivakasi RK bajaj motors Their service is very poor.the mechanics and the staffs are irresponsible answer to me....i have a 2nd service on my bike ct110 cc.. just i say the change a engine oil on 14.4.2022..He has delivered to on 15.4.2022 12pm...Bt they are no check the basic check up half less work.
