As per the TRAI regulation I have chosen my channel pack and updated it in the D2h Portal. But some of the channels are not coming. I have contacted customer executives and they said that applications problem call back to us after 30 mints. I have again contacted them the answer is the same. I surprised that how many days this application will be there? and they don't even raise the complaint as well.

I tried to contact Nodal officer in Bengaluru over the email as well as telephone, nobody will pick up the call and no response for the email. I have made the so many complaints in the twitter as well no response. Please share with us your corporate office phone number on your website to contact your higher officials.

Very worest service not responding customer care service. Costly plans totally waste.

Videocon d2h service very poor service. I was calling call centre since 15 Dec 2018 to 7.03.2019 but till system not working properly. I will suggest all my friends and relatives please not purchase d2h connection.

I m trying ur customer care no many times ..But. Mostly numbers are switch off ..So how can reach ur customer care ..I think ur Videocon team service is very poor. So my personally advice you U sell ur company with airtel ..Ya Tata sky. So public get fast service.

Very sorry to inform d2h responsible people. I am try to make complaints regarding my home d2h set up box. For the last 10 days and still i could not done so. I know that d2h is going to land up in blacklist and spoiling glory of the company through their non responsible service engineers and executive including top management's. As a customer like me paying so much of money to watch TV programme and News etc.etc. Now I believe D2H is cheating to me. I made calls, mails etc. My last word is if you cannot attend and make happy of your valuable customer, better you can shut down.

None of your numbers are working after subscribing to the channel as per our choice and having paid the said amount some of the channels are suddenly stopped. We are in a helpless position. It's cheating.

I tried so many times to contact .. finally connected to customer care executive (lady staff) worst response by her. She told call after half an hour I asked reason she didn't respond. She cut the call..

Horrible experience.

I already recharged one year plan on d2h.my sat top box not working. Your Service provider says for replace d2h charge rs 1000/- & ur customer service executive says that replacement charge only 450/_kindly confirm how many changes of replacement d2h exactly.ur customer service executive are very rudely .they not solved our solution.they says close d2h service.

I had tried many times to connect d2h call centre. But there is no response. I think this is one most worst company. They only need money, they have no any commitment to the customers. Now I am thinking to change service provider.

I am just getting frustrated with your services. I am calling n number of times in a day but there isn't any customer care service not there isn't any direction on the next step. Its been more than 2 weeks now. I have been trying hard to reach any of the customer service panel but gosh I am getting frustrated now. I have already took the plan and recharged my account BUT there is no channel, no service.

It seems like what the hell I am doing with Videocon. I should have move on. I am quite sure you guys are having pathetic service and you are not going to sort issues at your end and for sure loosing your customers soon.

I have been trying to reach customer care for more than a month now to understand the new rule advised by trai further to select channels of my own choice. Unfortunately I could not connect with customer care. I feel helpless and now the service provider has ended up allocating some random channel package with higher recharge value. Not at all happy with the service. Time to reach consumer forum to log compalint.

Use less fellow the videocon service useless service it has to be cased ND should ban in India. no one will respond no call should connected to useless numbers dirty staff dirty service.
