I had purchased Carnation cookware set of wonder chef from shop cj.com in the month of August. only once I used tawa and I found scratches at the outer surface. I registered my complain with your customer care and my complain no is wc/sf/220817/62 and my registered phone no is 8427905011 in the name of Raman Preet sethi. They give local dealer's no for further proceedings. Technician has not visit even once....what ever did is from my side I send them images through WhatsApp. I called them again and again for the reply and now after 15 days when I again for the response they answered that we got a rejection mail from wonder chef that they are unable to exchange the product.

Please do the favour and reply me as soon as possible as already harassed from last 15 days. I only purchased this product because it comes under the name Mr Sanjeev Kapoor sir and I believe that this man will never cheated on their fans.As a customer I trust him and wait for the favourable response.

I had purchased wonderchef pride.. from lifestyle.. after first use coating was removed.

I had bought Nutriblend last year with two years warranty. My wet grinding blade has been burnt. Now I want to get it replaced. But inspite of sending email and calling the toll free number, I have not received any response. I am very much disappointed.

Very poor service. I have buy a Wonderchef Nutri-Blend 63152293 400-Watt Mixer Grinder with 3 Jars (Black) before 6 month ago and suddenly it has stopped to working during mixing. Then i have tried to get customer service through various communication and still i have not got any response. I hate wonderchef products and it's customer care services.

I had bought a Wonder Chef Nutri-Blend with two Jars (Black colour) in 1st quarter this year as I was used to the convenience of Nutribullets.

However within a couple of months the most used jar I.e. the blender jar started leaking from the blade bearing side, to the extent that it could no longer be used. I do not know if this was because my particular piece was defective or whether the quality of your product is like that.

In any case I went to the dealer to get the spare 4 blade base, however I was told that they don’t carry any spares, however he offered to try and get one for me. After about 5 – 6 weeks of regular follow-up I had to give up as I could not get any spares.

I then located your customer care(??) numbers and asked for help. I was informed that the spares could only be ordered through the customer care, however I was required to pay in advance to the company by RTGS/NEFT. When I asked about the details of the account to which the money was transferred I was asked to provide my e-mail ID so that they could send me the details. I immediately provided my mail ID and was promised that the mail would be sent within the same day.

However nothing like that happened. This process was repeated again with exactly the same results. This leads me to believe that you maintain a uniform standard of quality for your products as well as services, and in one word it is PATHETIC.

Thanks for directing me back to the Original product, which though more expensive than your imitation, is of far better VALUE. I do hope that you know the difference.

This is one of those bullsh*t company who never believe in customer service. I bought one nutrition blend in June 2016 in August 2016 it stops working. while trying to connect with there customer service it took 15 days to those ass holes to respond after which what they said is no service centre in My location bloody ass holes if u can't provide me services then why the hell you are selling it to me. after which they suggested to send me the damaged motor to there address which they supposed to replace as warranty on it .. but these cheats are sending me back the blend motor as damaged. now when these cheap company have a address of service centre have are asking for service charges and price for spare. my recommendation never buy anything from this company rating -1 out of 5.

Purchased in 2017. with in 1 month some as damaged. i tried and called your service center but No body came. l removed the machine. One plastic gear damaged. so please send gear immediately.

With the positive review of nutri blend I purchase this, but within a month it's jar lock has comes out. Also in lockdown no customer care is responding. I feel very much anger why I purchase these stupid blender and waste my money on it.

My wonderchef nutriblending blade was broken help me to get a new one.
