Service is not provide to customer after recharge. Bad response to the customer by there call.

Customer service is not good... u earn too much from customers cant even buy more telephones and connections to be in contact with customers when we need to communicate with u. really wanna through your setupbox.

I had refill today witj an amt of rs 850. But stil iam not able to view all the marathi hd channesl along with normal sd channels.the message is poped up on the screen as this channel is not in your subscription part even i have selected platinum pack. I had call 100 time but ans (all our representatives are busy on another call and then thw call is drop all ur numbers are fraud wt a stupid service. i want solution in next 1 hour.

I had called your customer care nos. 100 TIMES.today,regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my product.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the service provider.

I have worst experience with VideoconD2h service. Customer care number not working since yesterday. I have Mailed . Still no response. Most corrupt company. Taken loan from icici bank by influence. I have decided to change To TATA Sky network.

Please delete the toll free no which is not working it is hard to connect with customer care.

I too tried connecting videocon cc. None of there number works. Pathetic service. I will prefer local cable over this service provider.

Videocon d2h service is very bad. i am ur customer. i have already recharge my d2h but that not work. i will call customer care but call not connect 2 days.

Poor service. Channel are deactivate automatically by service provider. I had been trying from last two days.... no one is responding well.

Your web site not working unable to choose the channels we want. Customercare never responds. Some channels we want are not coming. How can you charge for most of channels we never even try. Do some thing good.
