I have recharged d2h yesterday of 280 I had regularly recharged it by same amount but this time the TV is showing that channel is not part of subscription.

Very bad, you are not showing the half channels. we have done recharge of 200 Rs and half of the channels we are not able to see. do it as soon as possible.

We have buy year offer and paid 2000 rupees but now a new message arrived and that says now to recharge 404 and no channels seen. So please take an action.

According to TRAI guideline I selected my channels through 'mera wala plan'. later I updated my pack and you activated with my updated pack with older channels but today you deactivated my older pack. so I want to activate my older channels with my current pack.

Customer id is 19659774. Channels which were running before are now not running. I am not able to talk customer care.

I recharged videocon pack rs 300 but not subscribe all channels which rs 300 plan and don't receive customer care number any time this problem. I complain three time in last 3 month but no solve my complain. plz solution my problem.

I am trying to call customer care from yesterday the call gets connected but its just saying that all customer care exclude are busy for 5 hour and know when i am trying to call and the call is not getting connected.
