Ekdam gatiya h d2h ek to call karo to lagta nahi aur laga b to care ke bande bolte h ki server down agar customer ko pareshan hi karna h to kyu aisi agency layi ekdam gatiya service h ya to number sahi do ya to customer Ki help karo nahi to dth band kardo. kam se kam dusara dish lagake to utana problem nahi hoga.

Pathetic service.. My d2h is not working from yesterday, not my remote of d2h is working. I m trying to get in contact with customer care from yesterday. Have tried 9 times... They say to wait will connect to representative.. But after wait of 10 mins call get disconnected. Worst experience and service.

This is regarding the signal problem although the number of the time complaint has been registered but still problem not resolved I hope someone is there to help the customer. Please make sure services will start soon otherwise change the service provider is only option available for me.

As discussed over the call on RTN (9873215500 ), your issue related to service not working has already been resolved. you said that the engineer has collected Rs. 200/- which you have already paid for the service visit. We have taken a complaint against engineer regarding the amount collected but not recharged customer account with SR No – 692845288.

Videocon D2h is now proving to be worst service provider, most of the time their customer care number is busy or they don't connect properly..inspite of me calling them many times they were not able to fix the issues, they are making the customers fools. If they can't provide support to customers they should shutdown their company. Why a customer should pay money and suffer. Videocon D2h service the worst of the worst services.

Very poor service, number of times I called but only the automated response will come we can't speak to customer care person.

Videocon d2h is the worst company of all. People should never opt. For it those who are willing to set up videocon d2h pls don't. Its a request think twice before. Because my set up box is not giving any response remote is not working and the main problem is that customer care are not picking up calls form past 1 week they will keep u on line and will play the company ringtone and will never pick up the call i have experienced it till 7 minutes. Chutiya company in simple language.

Myself Aditya Dhuri, a user of Videocon d2h

Two days back I recharged of rupees 200 and the recharge work only for one day from yesterday most of the channels a showing 'the channel is not a part of subscription and the customer care numbers are always busy. Can I get to know the reason behind this and how many days does the 200 rupees recharge work

I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and suggest a remedy for the same,

I had called your customer care nos.today,regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my product.

I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the service provider.

Better to move from this service and look for other services....d2h never respond...there login service is one of the worst we have ever seen. Really cursing self for taking there service.

Videocon D2h is a worst service provider. My D2h connection has been suspended and now I want to restart it but unable to connect with customer care even. Worst service and not work also

I am trying to called up to customer care from last 10 days regularly but still call not connected and i am getting very much flustered with this what kind of service bullshitt i have never seen like this before from any customer operators.

D2h has no care for his customer they wants only money they knws very well how can take the money from customer and how irritated them after payment with the poor service.

Our package is of 482. but still some channels not working.like Zee Marathi and Star Sports. These are also the subscription in our pack. And some other channels also not working. Plzz do something about it.
