I Sri susanta Ghosh would like to inform you that I have booked for one new battery Acqa3G+ from M/S PROMPT SERVICE, 34/A, K.B. Lane, serampore, hooghly, Pin: 712201 vide bill no: 2513 dated 30.07.2018. MY IEMI No; 911416557656390 & 911416557656408. It is regret to say I am not receive the battery till now. Not only that proper response/status also has been not available from your service center. think, proper refreshing course is necessary for your staff. very worse experience. Competent authority are requested may please supply my battery within 8 (eight) days otherwise i will go to Consumer forum for my battery.
