I have complained so many times on customer care regarding my selected channels according to TRI rules but receive no response from customer care team almost its 2 months completed and still i'm facing the same problem. i think i must have to change the company after that they could provide us better service.

I am trying for 3 days that I could not log into my account with my RTN or through my mail ID. Most of the time the Customer care no. is busy and they are telling to lodge a complaint to D2H.

Very poor response. Customer care is not active. TRAI rules not followed. They have their own package. We are getting only if we subscribe these packages. Indirectly they are compelling us to choose their tailor branded packages and channels. I shall complain to trai.

I am the old customer of paytm wallet. I am always adding the fund by using the credit card. When I am trying to add the same today, system is stopping me and asking fund from debit card and net banking only.

Want to understand why this type of restriction with the small and old time user like me.

Have been requesting for shifting of my D2h connection since 13th Feb 2019. Every time we call they send a complain reference number and then nothing happens after that. Due to this I have not been able to watch TV for the past two weeks even though I am paying for the connection.

If this continues I will be forced to change both my HD connection due to this very pathetic attitude and poor service.
