Subscription problem
I want to subscribe the channels wise new plans of d2h. Often I'd tried to contact customer care but all lines are busy. There is lack of information regarding the subscription of new plans. Please do the need full.

Cant see any channel, customer care always busy
Since last 21 days even after selecting by desired pack and recharging my account on D2h website i am unable to see any paid channel. Your useless customer care is never responding called hundreds of time never connected to any of your USELESS CC executives.

My I'd is 74751321. I have recharged through d2h infinity app which costed me of 498 by picking channels randomly but they are showing me that I have recharged of 295 rupees.how can I get my recharged pack of 498rupees and how can I see my channels which I picked?

Worst service and channel are not coming
Yesterday i recharged my d2h but im not b able to see channel.. i call the customer care but they didn't pick up my call. I was try to call customer care at least 2 hour, continue, yesterday and today also.. but customer care are too busy, no time to pick up the call. D2h company is not so a very big company as compare than tata sky. They attend the call and work fast on the customer problem.

We have the platinum hd package but hardly any channela work. Also inspite of several calls nobody picks up and after requesting for a call back NO BODY calls back.
WHAT level of Customer service is this?
Will opt out and cancel this service at the earliest if this continues. Also for the past few days there has been NO SIGNAL and bad connection so couldn't watch TV at all.

This is lakshunnaidu vavilapalli. my d2h no 79542707. i activate my new pack on Feb 1st 2019. till i have not revived any channel my account balance 800. what is the problem many times call to the custome care they were not solve my problem what to do. balance is cut in my account unnecessary. please solve my problem.
