i cant recharge my account, My cust id suddenly seems to be invalid, when i try via online recharge. I cant reach your cust care nos. 18001370777, 9212012299, 73558 73558, and yet cant reach you. i am left with no option but to cancel this and go for tatasky!!

Dear Sir i am very sorry to say that i am trying to call customer care on 9115691156 but this number is not working, secondly my d2h id number is 52090568 and i have paid Rs. 230 by pay tm it is showing that recharge have been successful but my d2h account is showing 0 sorry to say d2h service is very vest.i am not satisfied with your team gyes. please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise my family will be handicapped with out television. please call me and solve my problem my number is 9029555655 Ranjeet Naik

Last twenty days back, I have recharged my d2h account yesterday. The service provided today afternoon only. But i cant get previously provided channels, only get few channels ( cut id 83436318).I tried to contact the customer care but always saying that line is busy. Please clarify the request.

I tried customer service toll free no which given by this company on his official web side i gone through that but i got very bad experience. i was trying so many time but always busy etc .

So as on my personal experience i suggest to all new customer those who take new connection please don't take and i request to this company CEO /MD please change your company slogan...

No channels are coming except news channel and amount also deducting m from my account. so many times i called no response from ur end. please reactive my channel and proved service otherwise i will remove my d2h poor service from your people,

Recharge done for 300 south gold pack, however channels r not coming. This is just too much.....customer care number is also busy... such a bad facility.

After TRAI rules applicable from 1st Feb 2019, my base package has changed to BST Tamil, which I had requested to make it Gold Marathi combo. Despite multiple email communication and contacting customer care and talking to the call centre supervisor, no body is bothered to address the concern. My services are completely down for more than 5 days. The email responses that I receive are useless and very standard which are irrelevant to the issue reported.

Worst service ever, after recharge videocon d2h I called service center but no action taken. And what is your toll free number for talk to your service centre person?
