Non response to my message & call by colour consultancy

1. Please refer your message dated 21 May 2018 on my Gmail account.
2. It is intimated that the pictures of my home along with relevant documents were forwarded to your colour consultancy on 19 May 2018. In response, your representatives had submitted the message on 21May 2018 with Incomplete Picture on my Gmail account. Your experts/specialists had coloured border only. Your expert had not touched the scenery of flowers etc. Your specialists had coloured only 20% of the portion of my home which shows that your rep had not gone through the pictures fully.
3. It is further regretted with concern that after various telephonic reminders, your rep/specialists/experts have not contacted me till date. It shows no serious efforts have been made for resolving the issue or customer satisfaction.
4. Therefore, it is once again requested to contact me at the earliest or go through at my home's pic and forward the same with correct suitable colour on priority.
An early and positive action would be highly appreciated. Thanking you & Regards.
Service by Asian paint is just a eye wash
I had got painted my house by this co.who only entrusted the job to a contractor who use to come only to deliver the paint and other items. i had to be at the back of the labour to get things done. It was only on complaining or calling the so called supervisor or there contractor would they come to visit the site as to how the work is going. It was i who was supervising and not the manager from Asian paints. A VERY BAD EXPERIANCE.
Service provided by asian paint not upto the mark
I had recently got my house painted. The supervisor or manager of site work was not responding nor seeing if the work is done properly. only if i would call him would he respond. nor the contractor who is supposed to visit daily would come and supervise only if i call him or when he was supposed to deliver paint and other items. The sole responsibility of good painting rests on the labour and the house owner.
Supervising and pointing out is done to other contractor (had i got my house painted through my own contractor). it is such a waste of time and money going through asian paints home decor because the house owner has to put in as much labour had he got painted privately. I would have saved at least 40000 to 50000 by getting it painted myself.

Regarding vision before paint after complete primer in outside
Very poor service. Several times I had sent picture of my house after complete primer painting work to see which color deem fit. Several times call by me but their reply "within 48 hours..." Very funny.

Regarding the service of the engineer and contractor
The work in our house is done through Sathiyanarayana Trading Company, Namakkal. The work is not completed by the Stipulated time period of 25 days and till date prolonging i.e from 03.01.2020. The manpower is very poor- daily one or two labourers, occasionally three or four. The contractor behaves rudely and wants to do things in his own way. He is not at all obliging to the house owner and instructs the labourers not to do any work told by the customer. On seeing the ads we hoped for a pleasing experience but were disillusioned. A complaint was filed with the company but no action was taken and no higher authorities visited the site so far to evaluate the situation. Totally we felt the personnels non-cooperative and entirely contrasting to what is shown and told in the advertisements. Disappointed and not satisfied.

Team leader jaskaran cheated and mentally harrassed us
We have given advance rupees 70 thousand to asian paints employee for exterior textured paint at our house, he gave quotation of rupees 50 per square feet including all materials and ensured us that work will be done by Asian paints trained employees under supervision of jaskaran and booked swirly circles design which we selected from catalogue. They collected amount in first week of September but didn't on our site, they mentally harassed us lot by delaying our work and gave excuse that trained team is busy on other sites in dhuri and other areas and they will do best work at our site , at last well trained team came and started work and clearly told us not to interfere in the work process they will give same results as shown in the catalogue but when work progress it looks very ugly and when we told them that design is no where closer to swirly circles design which we have selected in catalogue they started misbehaving with us, now they are not coming to our site and avoiding us by not picking our phone. From last many days we our putting our complaint on customer care and they are assuring us that relevant team will contact us but from last five days no body is taking care of us , we are very much mentally disturbed due to asian paints team, please guide us what to do now

We are approaching the Dealership from your Sales Executive's Mr.Suryakumar (8428535282) & Sarguru (9585206767). They Are came to our shop and saw that area, then told me to confirmation within a two week's but they are no response & not attending the call. Finally (After One Month) last week Thursday Mr. Sarguru called they told not given to the Dealership for us because the reason for Some Ramoo & Co shop behind our shop to1.75Kmtrs. I was not provided warranty by the company
I choose Asian Paint Royal Shine emulsion for my interior wall painting. Then mistri apply it on my wall according it's right process. After applying the irst coat of colour I notice that when I rub my hand on the wall, the paint actually comes off my hand. Then I waited for 14 days. But Still notice that the same thing happening (Even those walls that got 2 coats of paint). This problem appears in five colors (24 liters). I rub the paper on the walls, the paper looks colored. Then I complained at Asian Paint toll free number and also inform my dealer. Then I told asian paints representative everything.
They finally came after 10 days after my dealer told them a lot. After he ( asian paints visitor, name: Sudip sabyet ) came to our house he was misbehaving with us.But when I started video recording he behaved a little better .But in my video recording there is proof that he did this misbehavior for us for a while. Then he went upstairs and rubbed a color on paper and saw that the color really came out (Even that wall got 2 coats of paint).Then he started babbling and saying that sometimes it was the mason's fault and sometimes it was the dealer's fault. Then after a long discussion he realised that these people had done no wrong and were reasonable people.The masons kept their water ratio right and worked, right. But still for some time he kept saying there was a mistake in the mistry application. Then he realised that they couldn't be fooled so he started blaming the dealer.He even said how many people rubbed these colors or saw them rubbed. Then we asked him to take a sample of this color so that he could give it to the chemical engineer. Only then will it be proved that it is the mason's fault, or the dealer's fault, or their colour. Then he didn't accept it and went on to blame the dealer or say maybe it could be. He didn't do anything and fearing that I was videoing, he just took some pictures of the wall and left. Yes, he definitely took the picture of the shop bill. I have video recording of it for some time and audio recording for some time. Then after 2 days I told everything to Asian Paint helpline number and inform every misbehaviour that the Asian Paint visitor did with us. And then they told me that they told this matter with their senior and the visitor's senior Mr Subhankar Paul will call at 4 Pm on 01/09/2023. And also they told me that the higher authority will call at your number and help me but they do not mention their calling time. But no calls came from their authority or from their visitor's senior. But in evening the visitor called me and he was talking loudly and threatening me.The visitors said me that no compensation Will charged against this colour. I complaint about the threatening of the visitor at Asian Paint helpline number. They told me an email ID and told me to inform the inform that in that email and with the audio evidence. And also said to see matter next day at 11 o'clock. My name is Debadyuti Ray. But in which name the complaint is registered is Biswajit Ray. Because the shopkeeper billed with his name. My complain number is : 0505657524.
Anyway after that I can't sit idly by even after all these threats. I will complain this case in consumer forum and even take it up to court . I will see the end of the matter. I shall charged 10000 rupees as a compensation against company. And I will file a case against the company for warranty fraud & False advertising of long lasting promises. I will file a case for mistreatment and defamation .I would like to inform the Government especially the Ministry of Corporate Affairs that such a company should never be given a license. I know the government will listen to me and consider whether I am right or wrong. If the company doesn't stand by me, I know that the government will at least stand by me.
Wanna resale some stock which was bought
I've got some stock which was bought from there meant ur Asian paints store and remaining some of them which I wanna resale to ur company. I've issue slip and bill included with it.
