Mera sbi credit card udhampur (J&K) me aaya hua hai. ek din employee ne ring karke milne ke liye bataya mai us location par gaya but wo nahi mila phir ring karke bad me dene ke liye bola mai us no par daily ring kiya but uska behave bahut sharmnak raha. bola jo karna hai kar lo kuch nahi kar sakte mera. mujhe pata nahi aap log ki is complain ko seriously loge ya nahi phir bhi aahat hone ke karan mai ye likh raha hoo aasha hai ki is complain ka jawab mujhe mere e mail me denge. I got a call on 22nd that I got a courier but as I was in hospital I told the delivery guy to told it to deliver the card the next day. On 23rd, I received a message stating that "Delivery of your Kotak Bank shipment will be attempted by Blue Dart today. Track on bluedart.in/?33456726822".

When I track the shipment it is updated there that consignee is not available when I myself was there at home the whole day. Neither the delivery boy called me not did he attempted.

I don't know his name who called me on 22nd but his number is +91 82918 03527. Yesterday as no one even bothered to attempt the shipment so can't know.

Is this kind of service you provide with such an important documents?

Kindly revert and do the needful.

Sir your system says that my parcel has been delivered but I dint receive! On calling your customer care executive they took my number and still dint reply. Now I tried calling your customer care again no reply as I paid for my product and your People are cheating!!! Get back to me before I proceed legally!!

I was at my home entire day never went out even for a single minute even then I got a message that the delivery was attempted and consignee was out of station. What the hell is going on?? do the delivery guys update the status and deliver the shipment as per their convenience?? I dont mind receiving the shipment a day later but at least don't have the courtesy to admit that you could not deliver the shipment on time instead of updating false information. Never going with Blue Dart again.

I am Vipul Priyadarshi,My package was coming from Coimbatore, TamilNadu to Bokaro,JHARKHAND. My tracking I'd is 75419061605.Parcel was dispatched on 15/09/2018 and was supposed to be delivered by today I,e 24/09/2018.

Earlier when I checked the status of my parcel it was showing in Patna Hub.So I can understand that it will reach to JHARKHAND in no more time.But Today when I checked the status again ,it is showing in DELHI Hub and a statement of CONTACT CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

Why is my parcel in Delhi?What it is doing in there? And what does CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE means ?It was suppose to come to JHARKHAND. why my parcel deviated to Delhi from Patna,Bihar instead of coming to JHARKHAND? How long do I have to wait,It was suppose to be delivered by today?Do I have to contact anyone?

I am in great despair now and I don't know whether I will get my package or not.I hope you will understand my problem.Kindly solve my query and provide the explanation of all these.

I have purchased one product from Amazon (global hub) on 29 th August but u people have not deliver me the item, have not made any contact to me, but made false update of your service and lastly returned the product to seller stating as customer not available. What a rubbish your service partner, very disgusting, make us harass and lost my hard earned money. if u not delivered the item immediately after i will lodge complain to consumer forum or court of law.

I had lost my debit card and have somehow got one reissued. The bank has dispatched the card on 8th of October. I got a message from bluedart at 8.31pm (while I was at office) that the delivery will be attempted.

"Delivery of your CITIBANK shipment will be attempted by Blue Dart today. Track on bluedart.in/?35717593446"

However I checked the status at 9pm, nothing was updated. Then checked the status again at 11pm and see that it has changed "consignee's address wrong"

I thought may be the bluedart delivery guy couldn't find the right address. I tried calling the customer care immediately. However there was no response to the calls. The very next day I went to the Bluedart station (Neredmet) to pick-up my shipment directly. I have asked the associate working there that this has happened and told that it would have good if delivery boy could have given me a call, if he find the address. And she replied "we at bluedart, do not call anyone". I was like okay fine, atleas give me shipment, I'll take it directly. She again said a No, because debit and credit cards are given in hand.

How senseless it is, even if it arrives at my home , I'm the one who is going to sign and take it. I was still patient and informed that atleast make the 2nd delivery attempt properly, she has informed it will be delivered to secondary address that's my office. I was kinda fine, Okay. atleast deliver it by estimated date. Well she dint reply for it, that's none of my concern.

I waited the whole of 11th of October, because it will delivered to my office on 12th. Below are the tracking detail updates by the bluedart team.

When you came till office, why couldn't yo atleast give a call or drop a message. Are you such fools?! Like do you have some common sense?! You updated stating need dept name and dept number. Why the hell couldn't you call me so that I could have picked it up.

And now you royally updated it as holiday, delivery will be done on next business day.

It might be a simple shipment, but the whole of my salary and savings are in that card. I've been without cash since a week. Are you understanding how important it is to me.

It might take a lifetime for you guys to deliver to me.

I don't know when will I receive my shipment . I can't do anything except waiting. Because you guys are not available on calls and there's no one to contact from such a so called huge and award winning company.

Can't even call it a 3rd grade service , it is even worse than that.

The courier of the above is still not delivered. This item was purchased on line thru Amazon and now I received mail from Amazon that attempted to deliver the item failed. Actually no one tried to contact us on the given contact no. and there was no intimation by other means about the goods which arrived at the collection point. Last month Coimbatore Blue dart received my courier and on of the agent called me and that time i was in office , i requested to courier boy to come to my office he told he will come in next day, later shocking msg received like my credit card returned to bank. Again i requested to bank to re dispatch the courier, they did, after few days again courier boy called me in office timings i requested again to come to office but he rejected and i told i will come to your place with 20 mins, after that i went he kept his mobile switched off 7506941359. after that i called to customer care but customer care also not working in that time,,

worst worst service i never seen in my life.

Delivery boy called me.. Some courier as came for you... I told please come this street, He told OK sir... Then again I called, he but he didn't receive my call. i called so many times but he didn't receive my call. Then I check my stuts... In that.... C"Nee shifted from given address. We did not accept the parcel and the courier person updated on Bluedart site that Shipment is delivered. he is a fraud and wrong updated on site, we have cameras in my company, so please check and we have a proof of this and update the correct status on site that we did not accept the parcel otherwise Bluedart will pay for this product cost and it is very costly product.We are waiting only for 24 hours for this correct updation otherwise company will take action on this fraud.

Hi Blue dart,

I had to receive the courier on last Friday i.e 17-05-2019.

I saw that the status as address related issues landmark required. If I get call from delivery boy I might have given the landmark details. But I didn't receive any call from delivery guy, but the status on 17th was attempting delivery today. Kindly let us know the current status and how can I update landmark to delivery the courier. My reference number is 20190513223506, and way bill number is 36194540491.

I was supposed to receive a document from HDFC Bank it was supposed to be delivery on 18/00/19 but even after 25/09/19 it was not delivered when I contacted bank they told it's been returned how careless courier service when they cannot deliver y the hell they accept the package at lest they don't have courtesy of calling and informing the customer at least when they cannot deliver they should inform to collect from office they don't do that also just updated no address found , customer not available just fake updates irresponsible couriers service I would recommend never ever use this courier service.
