First of all would like to inform Im an regular customer of all Titan watches and sunglasses.
Keeping in mind I have hand over my titan watch variant 9455SP04 on 12-04-2018 for servicing at Agartala Service Centre for further servicing and repairs as my watch intermittent stop, Running fast/slow on chargeable condition against acknowledgement no JO00034118000342.

On 5th October they the respective servicing centre at Agartala, Tripura has informed me that my watch not going to be repaired accordingly a depreciation value of Rs.2,762.00 has been given .

In this regard let know whether I will be eligible to get the current offer and depreciation at the same on purchase of any titan watches.

I purchased a fast track watch from amazon in December 2018 n now its not working properly its knurled crown is defected because I'm unable to set time n it stopped automatically.

I purchased a Reflex 2.0 watch via online SWD 90059PP05 MRP 1995....H1311AFIH1001491X manufactured during nov 2018.10 days power reserve was offered for this. But I am getting only one day power backup and as a result I have to charge this daily. This is a clear cheating. If this is not replaced it will be a great loss for me. Want urgent reply. Poor performance.

Hii.. sorry for my disturbance but I had a problm with this titan watch. I bought a watch from a store nearby but he gave the watch with scratches and colour of the chain was is out. The shopkeeper told that he will exchange but he is now giving excuses..but after all this I don't want this watch. I want my money back. For this I need the company's help. Please help me. The watch cost was 6000 that's the problem.

I bought the watch model no 38077AP04 (fastrack reflex play +) last year in the month of September from Lifestyle,Inorbit mall,Hyderabad.Till 6 to 7 months it worked well,after that it stopped charging and we gave it to the service centre for repairing.After that it worked well.Again after a month after charging it would turn on for 5 mins and then gets discharged and need to get charge again.The service centre is denying for repairing.

The watch is under warranty and I have the warranty card as well. Please look into this matter.
