2200 kms datsun redigo car. Dealer says clutch plate gone n given estimate of rs 15000 car delivery 30 days. Means he will change clutch plate of some other car n fit it into my car. Further he says now that u raised complaint to customer care yr vehicle will not b repaired to yr satisfaction and you have to come to us n apologize. Great. Have really done great mistake. Will move to court. Dont worry. Cell no 9109118424.

On april 2016 I purchased vehicle from your dealer Anand Nissan Indore (M.P), Unfortunately the vehicle has not been satisfactory as the mileage is too low.

The mileage problem I had been highlighted from day one but I was told by your dealer workshop & service center that once the engine oil gets changed after 5k kms the mileage will automatically improves but after that also there is no improvement in mileage. Average mileage coming is 11- 12 kms, when I purchased that time he told me you will get the average approx 17kms. Now today again I was visit Nissan service center and he told me some one given wrong information to you in city u will get max 12kms.

But right now I am getting only 10 km mileage. Your service center is fooling me. In both the case you are responsible as It is unacceptable to me to pay such a huge repair cost for a substandard product or services offered by you. Kindly address my concern or If you will compel me to bear the cost then I will left no choice except to inform others about the quality of your product and services using social networking platform like Facebook and WhatsApp.

I expect my real time experience with your product will influence would be customers opinion better than your advertisement. GET MY CAR REPAIRED AT YOUR COST, if your will not address my concern or I will explore all possible options with in consumer laws. I would like you to kindly look into the matter and would appreciate your action in this regard ASAP.

Last time when I visit to your service centre your service manager broke my mobile holder and my interior of car.

I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership jaipur (2017, Datsun readie go Rj14TD 7122). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because once i decide to take this car after i facing so many problem like it is leaking oil from the engine, heating problem,Colling Ac not working in sumer,inside light not working,after 150 km its stopped because of heating and will not be start.

in rare case I used this car,I have taken this car in year 2017 till now I used only 2600 km only. in this short distance I have facing so many problem. when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there.

And now my family was going to attend the family function but they couldn't not able to attended because car stopped in unknown place and not start again after they stuck and there is no nissan service centre here.

On the time of purchasing all salesman say nissan service centre is in every city but c in raebareli (pin-229001) u have no service. What should I d6-metgf3bo here. my car just cross 15 days of covered period,and also I didn't receive any of call from Nisan to extended warranty. Other brand call to customer n informed this.

And the next part I call Nisan customer care for roadside assistance. I have call n talk to Mr lalit, after he provide a technician name rahul,and now o my god I was shocked because Mr rahul don't know any thing in car,he only know about junk start, and he said I m here only to change the battery I only know this,and after 5min he has gone.

This is fully shit, I thought this nissan good brand then I get the car but now I m facing this kind of prob.

I would appreciate it if you could organise to do some kind things on this matter As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the consumer courts.
