Gionee company asked me to go to the phone to get him the phone that he did not meet any other person and i am not satisfied and very bad and fraud company.

On 12/11/2017 i have purchased A1 Black Gionee Mobile phone from poorvika. I have discover that the phone has following problem (Touch screen is not working properly sometimes).

I was handover the phone to the service center to change the display under warranty On 8th October 2018. They asked me to wait for 15 days to resolve the issue. After 15days (22-10-2018), i called the service center to check the status of mobile service but again they asked me to wait for a month end. The reason was still they are didn't received spare from the warehouse.

There is no proper communication from customer care and they are not responding to the call from customer (always busy not connecting).

Really it is ridiculous on your part. As per the Job Sheet No. GC18900046018 dt.25.09.2018, it was informed to me that the problem lies in the motherboard and it is to be replaced. After passing of 2 months I was again informed that the handset is to be sent to Delhi HQ for repairing. Now yesterday I received a message that my set is ready to be collected, but when I went to the Service centre at EMall I was told that The set has not reached yet. In this the way you treat with your customer by making false commitments or you are making jokes with the customer. I demand an explanation immediately as to what is the meaning of this harassment, otherwise I will have to go for legal steps.

Dear sir I have completed to you my mobile phone is submitted for one month+ in service center but every time same answer 7 to 10 days or lagega. so please provide my mobile handset. Humble request to you please repair/ replace my mobile phone.

I bought my Gionee A1 around 2 years back for my wife now it has started to hang when my took it to the service center in Surat the service center people checked and told that there is some issue with the screen and it needs to be replaced but the mobile is under warranty support period so this has to be replaced for free but then they opened the phone and said that it’s water damaged we can’t repair or service it. As per my knowledge the mobile was never exposed to water or submerged in to water then how come it’s water damaged? Also the service person argues with my wife insulted her when she asked the person to justify about not providing replace for free as mobile is in warranty. I am really too much disappointed with Gionee and have decided to never buy it again. If this would have been Nokia or Samsung or Apple or HTC I would have got better service.

I wasted my money after a company who does not care about customer service!
Good bye Gionee forever.

Customer service center employee do not reply properly and increase the date of service. They are not doing proper work. I give my phone for touch not working properly on 24/02/19 and today is 24/03 /19 but they are not repairing my phone on time time. I complained many time but they always say next week.

I am user of gionee A1. i purchased it in may last 2017. After using few months problems started. And the nearest service center is around 250 km and traveling cost is above 1000Rs. 4 time i have been submitted my phone on service center.after use 2 days new problem has been begins. above the cost of phone i have been spend on traveling to visit on service center. if this problem is not solved as soon as i will do case on you. my phone number is 7078589122. Now a day my phone is submitted in kashipur, uttarakhand service center for repairing.

Bad mobile company in gionee.15% battery charge rajya hai fir bhi automatically switch off ho jata hai. Fast Charging nhi hota hai 12hour me 50% bhi nhi hota.

Hi, Iam in love with Gionee product but,I always have charging issue,this is 4th Gionee phone am using(x1s)now .and don't know what is happening coz that as always being my experience since I started (Gionee m2) help because I don't want to change to another phone product.thanks

My mobile has a screen and charging plate problem. so will submit on 27 /2/2019 on this date at that time I will not get my phone. I have no extra phone.

Very disappointed by u r service. I have purchased Gionee A1 last year it suddenly got dead I gave it to repair in a gionee care centre here in sangli, Maharashtra but they aren't able to repair my phone. they assured me to give my phone within 8 day's but they took almost 1&1/2month to repair the phone. lastly they come up saying they can't repair my phone and gave it to me in the dead condition. plz look into my matter

Am using Gionee P5 mini. when am using internet connection on sim 1, network will go off on sim 2. When am making use of sim 2, network will go off on sim1. Please i need a solution on this. thank you.

My gionee A1 screen has broken for more than 7 months but I couldn't get the replacement I'm the market, until I saw gionee office in lagos, I have been calling the engineer in the office but no fruitful response from him. Please how do I go about getting a new screen. Help me get and or any recommendation plz.

Am from Nigeria, I love gionee mobile but what am experiencing is pissing me off. Some apps like josh, taka taka, nosh, keep on downloading itself and auto starting in the background after deleting it will download again. Secondly it sends auto message continuously immediately i recharge my phone, is frustrating me, please tell me reply and tell me what to do please, have lost so much data and airtime please attend to me.

I had given my watch for service but till now no response has come, it is available on the second or third day after getting a mobile service. But I haven't received my watch yet. It's been 2 weeks.

Please fix or exchange my watch and send it soon. No reply ...Please tell me what u want.... Bills copy already send. You take action otherwise we customer will have to take action.

Note: please replace my watch... And send me urgent..

My phone is gionee f9 plus but the battery of this phone is dead and it ts new model. my phone is in excellent condition but the battery died. The phone's battery is died after one year and a replacement battery is currently not available.

My play store is not working, it keeps saying Google play services is missing from the device, and even if I get it and installed it it never opened but writing google play services has stopped.....report.

Another thing some apps can not be installed especially those which have access to play store or play services, help me solve these problems please.
