Hi Team

Since its long time there is no proper response from Indane gas ( Agency : Sree Rama Gas, 16th Cross, Dayanand Layout, TC Palya Main Road, Rammurthy Nagar, Bengaluru )

Now they have disappointed alot for us. I have applied for a new connection on 14 June 2014 and they said to come after 15 days. When I went to there office they still say that gas is not available and come after 1 month and again after one month when I reached there office to check, they are asking me to come again after one month. Since its more than 2 months am waiting for connection with all documents ready. (Even I reached them on Toll free :1800 233 3555, Land line: 080 2566 0620 and mobile 9243463088, I harldy get the response).

I dont know why are they making fun of us. Please suggest/ advice still how many days we have to be in waiting state ? Will I get the connection by this year ? ? ?

Please respect customers and their concerns. If this is going to be continued, I think there could be a great loss for Indane Gas because customers will have no faith on you.

Note: I have already raised 4 complaints on the same issue but there was no proper justification.

I have submitted all documents to my Indane gas agency and also to the bank but i am not getting any subsidy on the gas cylinders. What should i do?

I am the Bharat gas customer in village. The distance of my house near 1 and 1/2 k.m in the distribution points. The delivery boy taking Rs. 18 to 20 per delivery. plz suggest it is legal or not?

I had been trying to stopped it but I an not able to do. Once a day I am not pay the extra amount...the delivery boy not given it. After that I carry the empty cylinder to distributor point. & exchange it.

I had discus this point with distributor but. No positive response. So plz do the needful.

My gas agency is Chandra gas service, Najafgarh. My complaint is earlier i used to get 2Kg less gas so i purchased a digital scale. But now they have devised another route to fool us, they have erased the printed 17Kg on the cylinder and written 15KG. They steal the remaining 2Kg and show us that the weight is right. I have caught their theft which they have been doing from a long time with me. Pls solve my problem.

I have indane gas connection. I am very very unhappy from distributor and his stop. Very bad behaviour I want to change gas company porting pls suggest.

I tried to lodge complaint twice through the toll free number. The executives are unable to communicate correctly and are hanging the calls abruptly. I have recorded their conversation. Very worst service. Scrap it, if you want to be customer friendly.

Hi, We have Indane gas connection in MUSLIM COLONY Bangalore and our distributor comes from P&T COLONY the distance from my house to the outlet is hardly 2kms but the charges are too high. We get the SMS for Rs.500 but we are paying Rs.620/- which is not bearable, we don't even get the bill for that amount. When we ask the delivery boy as why he is taking so high charges for such short distance he says "all are paying why are you asking, he also said because he don't get paid by the company so he takes from us".

Kindly help us from these kind of gas delivery boys who don't raises the bill against the gas delivery. Please answer us, are we customers are paying for them. Indane Gas are no more paying to their employees? Please do the needful.

My local area toll gas booking number pick my call and hold it for long time.

I have make a booking online for gas cylinder. My booking confirmed through booking No904722 . I have received a message from Swatantra Gas Agency Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) dated 03/11/2017 your Cash memo No 3000079670 has been generated. I have waited for gas 7/11/2017. When I have not received Gas. I visited Swatantra Gas Agency dated 7/11/2017 he assure me your gas reached yesterday when I have not received gas I again visited Swatantra Gas Agency dated 9/11/2017. He informed me your booking has been cancelled. It is a harassment and against consumer Protection Act. so please resolve my problem as earliest possible.

I didn't get delivery of gas many times because of non delivery from Mhavashe Indane agency from Satara. Many times booking is cancelled.

I want to use mobile no 8837357593 for gas booking and my consumer no is cx26724884.

I've indane gas connection but single cylinder! I want to make double cylinder. what should I do & how much money I have to pay for only one new cylinder???

I have called dozens of times but no one receives my calls. I can only hear prereorded message, "your call is important to us, please wait". Har baar 5-7 minute k bad call apne aap cut ho jaati hai.

I have booked one gas cylinder on 12/01/2019 and same was registered on line. But today message from purna gas agency. your booking was cancelled due to not available empty gas cylinder. So gas agency miss managed and cheated the customer and harassing. so kindly take action against said agency.

Today I received a cylinder with bill no.3000168080...Amount mentioned on bill is just Rs.709.05 but the delivery boy took Rs.770 from my Son. Kindly take action against this.Every time this is the scenario. Please check with them. N your customer care nos.wont work all the time.
