Complaint of fast track product

I have purchased a FAST TRACK watch few months back in your calicut showroom, ie (TITAN) product details (price is 2995.00,model no is 3071SM03 date 19-4-15) the product complaint is strap pin got bend. This is a party wear watch i had used twice or thrice times, for first time the complaint solved by your staffs, even though it has been serviced but the the same problem is occurs in the product. now i had given the product where i had purchased, they are saying that they will do only service and they will not replace the product but i want to replace the product, so kindly help me out. 14-09-2015 sent mail is this, no reply come of your side.

Worst support WOT Mulund W showrrom J N Rd Apna Bazar

Purchased watch for my son and got problem within 1 days but went to World Of Titan showroom, Mulund W J.N Road, where replied it is damaged and can't be done. So you have to pay 80% amount. They didn't feel important to send for company for check but given quotation.. pathetic and poor response.

Complaint for Titan watches

I purchased a watch from Titan, Connaught Place, Delhi on 3rd October 2018. It stopped functioning the same day and because of a change of preferences I, first of all, got it checked the very next day and got another watch covered inside the 30day replacement offer. The other watch stopped working in the month of December and after getting it checked at the Titan Store, I was told that the machine shall not be replaced but shall be repaired only.

If it had been an isolated case of a problem with titan watches it might have been understandable but I have faced two consecutive problems with the company's watches and I would really like to have an immediate remedy be provided to the problem.

Watch upper plate came out

i purchased a watch worth 29000 mrp ona a discount price of 23000 on 19/10/2019 from R CITY MALL MUMBAI.to my surprise the watch upper plate came off which is very unusual. when i took a closer look the ring which was having roman number was attached with a glue to a watch which is a very unusual thing .not expected from a titan brand .given complaint in shopper stop on 11/08/2020 and submitted it .as usual the customer care at shopper stop had a very cold response saying that they will send it to titan service center.toady is 24/08/2020 still no reply.after buying a expensive watch or (a duplicate watch) i dont understand what to say to titan or shopper stop.
