Subject :- Using abusive language on phone call by bank employees for humiliating and complaint letter regarding making threats.

Sir,
The request is as follows that i am the applicant Arpit kumar s/o lt.Sh Jasveer Singh R/O B- 1049 , M.I.G flats east of Loni Road Shahdara Delhi, 110093

Sir my father, lt.Sh. Jasveer Singh had taken two-wheeler loan from your ( I.D.F.C ) Bank. My father paid all the installment on time when he is alive. After that my father died on 08.04.2021, due to which all the bank account of my father were frozen. Due to which the installments deducted by the bank could not be paid on time. So that in may 2021, i got a phone call from a vacant employee from ( I.D.F.C ) Bank that your installments are not being paid on time. I told them all the reasons by installments is not paid on time. And after that i asked them when my father’s loan will be end , then they answered me that your loan will end in august 2021. So i took a loan and started paying his installment on time only after the death of my father, i called him and paid the installment of may 2021 in front of him through patym and i called him to pay the installments of june and july and gave cash payment. In, june 2021 and july 2021 when i asked them when my loan was end they told me all the three months that your loan will ended in august 2021. But when i called him to my residence to pay the august 2021 installment, the bank employees told me that your loan will end in september 2021, due to the inconvenience of the bank, i did not even pay the august installment. Then after few days later , i got a phone call from the bank employee , i told him that according to your information, i am ready to pay installment of both the months.While he told me in may 2021 , june 2021 and july 2021 that your loan would end in august 2021 , but in august 2021 he retracted from his statement , i told him that i am ready to give you the installment of both the months but first you give me the no objection certificate ( N.O.C ) And take your installment from me at the same time , after that on 16.12.2021 . I got a phone call from (I.D.F.C) Bank employee who told his name as ravi and his number is 9873001021, he started using very abusive language without listening full details from me in which he used constant abuses when i told him that i will do your complaint to the police and your bank, then he started using abusive and vulgar language for the police also. When he is abusing continuously and vulgar words after that my mother try to communicate him and try to tell all about the loan, he also used vulgar and abusive language to my mother.
And he is also raise the question to my mother’s character .Hearing the words , abusive language and vulgarity by him to my mother got hurt . Due to which she is suffered mentally. (On the same day after that she was very much depressed and mentally disturbed. She did not even eat food for two days.

After that (I.D.F.C) Bank employee make a phone call to my uncle’s son . Whose name is ankur s/o lt.Sh jaiveer shingh r/o baraut (Baghpat) Uttar pradesh from another phone number 9205006136, and used abusive and vulgar language with him also. I have all the proof against him.

All of this my mother was mentally harassed by (I.D.F.C) Bank employee on phone call and was severly hurted emotionally and went in a state of severely depression . Due to this incidence we have to take my mother to the hospital to the psychiatrist. And doctor is also declayerd that . That she got mentaly shocked and low mood. After that the same employee again make a phone call to another number – 8130809989 on the date 20.12.2021 . Which is received by my mother. And he abused and used such a vulgar words to my mother. Please sir , i request to you take a strict action agint this incidence. And take a leagle action aginst him. It will be so kind of you.
