I purchased SP Shine on dte 21 of Nov 2018. My bike back tyre air get low after 2 to 3 days. When I checked properly I found my back tyre Rim is bent little bit. I was shocked. How come with the purchase of 15 days such problem occur. It's a question mark on the quality Shine bike and of course BRAND HONDA.

If u check my records, last year I purchased Activa 4G from ur shop and same brand. I trust ur brand that why I preferred to purchase SP Shine from u again. But if such quality u have, I am totally disappointed from this. Plz help. I am attaching pics  of back rim plus branch purchased address.

For Activa 5G Free service only labour & Watching only ( Private auto service Provider Done in 20+50 Rs) , if you Give hide condition as not Engine oil Not included than what sense of that service. other Company motorcycle & Four Wheeler Honda also its Giving. Than Why not in Activa is Included.

Its fraud with customer.

When a Company sales New Activa 5G then why it is compromise with quality product, like battery use dry instead Heavy Water Battery, its battery not work proper as 12 hours when its buying 3 month ago.

Its also compromise in free service as engine oil also charged extra.

Its Totaly Bad Service by Honda.

I suggest to put an lock on PETROL TANK LID. Same as Honda Motorcycle having lock on PETROL TANK LID. This is just to avoid THEFT of petrol from SCOOTERS. Lock of seat opens easily so this is happening.

I have purchased Activa -3G At TRI COLOUR HONDA ,A/P MIRAJ NEAR MARUTI MANDIR. At 4th servicing date 7 dec.2018 which is paid service ,problems like vibration /sound at 30 to 40 speed,break problems ,back light and others minor problems were told to technicians and accordingly amount of 980 ,INVOICE NO 2018/WB/9210 was paid, After 2-3 days the vibration or sound was same. Recently my husband has purchased Honda shine on date 25dec 2018 as i know honda vehicles are always good and have maintained good reputation . when my husband told the problems of Activa Now THEY ARE SUGGESTING TO CHANGE THE PARTS AND COST MORE THEN RS 1000/-. My question is when the problem is their and told specifically why the parts was not change .when i can bare Rs 980 / -FOR PAID SERVICING CAN I NOT BARE MORE.

I bought Activa 5G the first day there are issues with starting of the vehicle.I am facing handle vibrating problem after purchase of two months, then my scooter was ruined 250 K.m. It won't start with the self-start and the kick start is also waste of time and energy.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Honda Activa 5g (Provisonal RC No: PB02DR4990, Chassis No: ME4JF50AHJ7174139) on 04-11-2018 from MRZ Honda Showroom Rayya,Distt: Amritsar.

Today its 27-02-2019 but still i have not received my Original RC(Registration Certificate). The validity of Provisional RC was from 10-11-2018 to 09-12-2018. Now i dont have any legal document. The service of MRZ honda, Rayya showroom is very poor. They asked me that Original RC will come within one month, I had remind every week from completion of Provisional RC but they always tell me that RC will come after few days, Now its four month completed the original RC is not received to me.

Please give me feedback as early as possible.

I bought Honda Activa 5G from Lodha Agency at Tambaram branch. Gave for second free service, with bike in perfect condition. But after service i received the bike with Petrol indicator damaged (was not working). Reported to them, they said sometimes it happens and they asked to claim warranty by replacing the whole send (speedometer, fuel indicator set). Asked me give during non peak days for service replacement. When i went to give they said spare is not available, and will give a call after they receive spare part. Its been more than 2 weeks since they said they would inform. They do not value the customers problem and not have the basic ethics to follow up, although it was there mistake for damaging the parts. Being a working women, bike is very essential for my commutation. I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of service they have provided. This incidence has spoiled the Brand name of Honda.

I purchased a CB SHINE Motor Cycle on 27.06.2015from Ma Durga Auto,sub dealer, Bishnupur, Bankura, Main Dealer Glorious Auto Mobiles,Katjuri danga Bankura. The vehicle under extended warranty (upto 5 years). Last sunday I went to Sonamukhi, Bankura with my family. When I cross the forest my motorcycle engine closed,I could not start the engine by self starter or cick but no response I contact to Ma Durga automobile by phone but no response. So I contact a local mechanic to solve the problem,he repair the wearing .After few days, same problem is arise.Sub dealer Ma Durga Auto Bishnupur deny to change the wearing within warranty period and rough behave. PL. solve the problems.

Dear Team,

This is reference to the vehicle purchased from Ganj Basoda sub dealer – Raghu Honda whose name is even not present in the authorized dealer list where the showroom representative misguided at the time of purchase that he is an authorized dealer of Honda whereas in actual this is a sub dealer of Honda. Second complaint that in first service the service was not upto the mark as per service instructions – Battery voltage was not been checked where it was explained the issue of self-start , Cleaning of vehicle was pathetic , Brake system was not been checked where it was explained that break is too loose , Choke operation was not been checked and due to which faced choke problem and forced to give the vehicle back because of sound , choke,break & self start issue which took 10 days to fix the issue still the same was not been fixed as per the quality expected from Hero authorized dealers quality of service. I think the defected vehicle has been sold to me due to which I am facing the issue frequently where I am the single driven person of the vehicle.

Today again I have sent the vehicle for servicing & explained the issue but still they have not done the servicing as per the quality of Honda because I had another active in delhi too & had the experience of that vehicle also because I had never ever faced any issue there. Cleaning can be seen in the picture attached where owner of the sub dealer Mr Atul Raghuwanshi claimed that we have got the instructions of this much cleaning only from the company where in the booklet it is mentioned cleaning instructions 4 times & he claimed that we don’t do even dusting inside the vehicle & wash with pressure water from outside and the attached picture will give you the actual condition of the cleanness. Even owner claimed do not compare with four wheeler I had my vehicle serviced at Delhi & Lucknow both but the owner claim they had the different instruction and at Basoda we have different instructions. The best part the day I had purchased the vehicle the Lock of the vehicle getting jammed and in night I have to call the engineer to get lock the vehicle and later anonymous sound from the inside of the vehicle. Dicky lock is also not perfect as per the quality so I think the defected vehicle is given to me & I have already complaint to them on the very first day & he promised that the same will get fixed that means they are aware of the defects in the vehicle & to hide the defects he sent my vehicle to Vidisha Main Authorized dealer but till date I am totally unsatisfied with the service quality, product & the manufacturing issue in the vehicle and it has to be checked on priority and the sub dealer to be penalized for the ruining the brand of Hero who has its own name.

I really don’t want to write mail but now I have been forced to write mail due to so many issues & my hard money gone waste now & the treatment we are getting at sub dealer & getting phrase from them that making complaint will not solve your problem but I would like to teach them a lesson & will put on the social media too which will give the impact on their sales and also will might effect on brand so would request to please fix the issue on priority as from my end the rating of the dealer for the last 03 services including today is 0 & pathetic and worst service ever seen in the service industry.

Dear Concern, unfortunately i have perched bike -CB125SHINE SP from people's Honda Agra as on July 2018. bike engine is sounding from day one and automatic high excelater, no proper pic up. but no any proper solution till now from people's Honda Agra . bike has been reached Honda service center 6 time with oil change for service and two time in complains within in 10 months. now i am so frustrated that i want return to bike to honda manufacturing company. to purchase honda bike -CB125SHINE SP is total many wasting. so please give me guidance for same.

I have purchased the activa 5g purchase from bhagwati Honda Amritsar dated 5 June 2019.after two activa was not working. I was logged the Compliant. Delar change the battery again. We have facing same issue. I have visited the auth dealer and nobody entertained by 10.45 am. Dated 16.06.2019.

I am s.sheikmohideen from erode district tamilnadu. i brought honda unicorn bike in R.K.M HONDA showroom in bhavani (erode dis) tamilnadu. Brought at time on wards problem. (1ST gir slip,engine noise low millage). i told to showroom, he told to me 500km running 1st service problem solve. but 2ND,3RD,4TH,5TH service complete same problem  at fist time. so i am suffer to compliant to consumer court.

very bad quality of activa bike no any diffrante in between new and old activa bike. and kasliwal honda pipaliyahan indore dont give better service any time.. the complete formalities do not do the seriously. i face second time problem to off the activa 125.

I have purchase unicorn bike the second free service go to Ariyalur rainbow honda show room but the service manager give not responses to customer he is not respontant speech it irritated me so please take action my petition. my bike no.TN61S2299. MY CONTACT NO.9443137375.

I gave my Honda Aviator on 12/01/2020 at 12:30pm my Job Sheet was taken by Mr.Deshpande on 13/01/2020 around 10:30am I got a Call for replacing the Disc Brake. I said please go ahead. That evening expecting things are done I went, they said the Bike will be given the next day. on 14/01/2020 by 5pm I asked them over phone is the work done. They created a story and said I did not want to service. after 80 hours they have returned the bike as it was and even took off the petrol during servicing. so I had to push my bike and walk from Kushi Honda to Dwarka 4.6km for petrol.

The most rudest people in Nashik work here doing Gundagiri. I have done about 30 servicing at Rushba Honda. They return bike within 6 hours. but I made a Mistake to Go to Kushi Honda. The first servicing and worst 80 Hours servicing finally did nothing just they were blaming their own workers and their Boss.?????
final statement was "we used your petrol for servicing so push your bike and go to petrol pump."

Hi, I have CB hornet, regularly i am servicing at yoga honda service tirupattur. jan 2nd week i left for service. while leaving i told them there is a problem and to solve it. but they didn't. so later i gave my bike for complain and asked them to work solve it. at that time i told that " your service is not good, even you peoples are not solving the problem also, weather mechanic have good experience or not?" then they changed some parts in engine and they cost me 4600rs. but still my problem remain same. again i asked to the manager tamilarasan, ha he said he will take care and told me to bring the bike on Saturday then he will check. i went there but he was not there. i waited for 2 weeks there is no response from the manager.so i decided to check with ananda honda service Bangalore. but they also didnt solve my problem. Every time i can't travel from home to service center again and again. Really honda service center are worst.

It is inform to you I have a Honda 2 WHEELER (Shine). I have brought this approximately 7 th Nov 2013. Today 03/03/2020 when I have went to my office suddenly 2 WHEELER frame part broken that's why I have face a accident problem. I have captured some pictures that time after it's broken.

I want to register a complaint because may be occurred dangerous life risk.

I am Srinivasarao. P from Hyderabad India would like to inform you that, my family is very fond of Honda products. We Indians believe Honda has more ethical values and give utmost care and importance to quality and customer satisfaction rather than earning money.

We are using Honda cars, Bikes, scooters since long. As our Honda active scooter Model 2008 become old and hence we approached JSP Honda Moosapet, Hyderabad India dealer on 09th march 2019 to buy a new Honda active. They advised us to come today to get the new scooter, so my wife Ms. Sunitha Guntaka went to the show room and approached Mr. Srikanth sales executive contact No.+91-9666746464 as per the discussion held, she selected yellow colour Honda Activa 5G standard scooter with steel accessories, filled the form by providing all details including Aadhar number.

Unfortunately while doing payment she was informed that 1% price is more for electronic transactions hence she decided to pay cash and rushed to nearest ATM centre and bought the cash. When she comeback within an hour the selected scooter was given to some other person. They advised us to take another one with different colour and different features with high price. We very much disappointed with this incident and came back to home without giving vehicle.

Kindly investigate and do justice for us.

I bought honda CB unicorn 150 on November 2019, the bike used 5000 km only and I have done 2 services in your authorised service centre also but still I'm facing oil leakage problem in engine and corrosion occurred in handlebar & chassis (there's no salty water present here), and I'm not getting happy with this.
