With utter disappointment it is to inform that i had given my vehicle TATA SUMO Gold to TATA's Authorised dealers Service Center at Port Blair for resolving the "CHECK IN ENGINE" problem on 2nd June 2018. When i handed over the vehicle to the service center i told them that it seems to be the problem of "Injector learning". the manager & team laughed on me and told that it is not injector learning problem it will some other problem, let us see. accordingly i given vehicle to them and they told me that vehicle will release after repair by today (i.e. 02/06/2018) evening.

From 02.06.2018 to 11.06.2018 i asked everyday for vehicle but they response is "TOMORROW WE WILL GIVE, YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE BY TOMORROW". On 05.06.2018 i called them for my vehicle at that time they requested me to attend their service center. accordingly i went to the service center and i saw that Half Engine is removed. at that time they asked me that "IF YOU GIVE PERMISSION THEN WE WILL DO THE WORK" But it is not a manner to remove the engine without informing the owner. after seeing my vehicle i get upset and asked the servicing team that why you removed this much without intimating me and when there is no such serious problem.

Finally what they had done i don't know but by the evening of 12.06.2018 they handed over the vehicle to me and told me that "TO RESOLVING THE CHECK IN ENGINE PROBLEM - INJECTOR LEARNING IS TO BE CARRIED OUT AND WE (THE TATA SERVICING CENTER) IS NOT DOING THE WORK and raised a bill for Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only). at present the condition of the vehicle is not good. they created more problem to the vehicle by removing engine and other parts and hence, i didn't know how much it will cost to resolve the problems created by the TATA Service Center, Port Blair. requested the supervisor to call the manager and make arrangement to meet with the manager but the manager refused and didn't meet with me. i had suffered for the following problems by giving vehicle to TATA motors service center:

1.the servicing center not done the work which i asked for
2. the vehicle is not in the condition when given to them. at present after receiving vehicle from the service center, the vehicle shows more various problems.
3. i handed over the vehicle in clean condition (after water servicing) but when they returned the vehicle, the vehicle is in dirty condition. grease and other dirt in dash board, steering and body etc. etc.
4. Misbehavior of the manager of service center. after request he didn't meet me for discuss on the issues.
5. Raising bills without attending the problem and created more problem to the vehicle
6. not contacted me before removing the engine (partly)

on the above circumstances, i hereby request that make some good arrangement to resolve my problem at the earliest. further it is to say that there is only one authorised service center in the islands and the staffs of the service center behave like this with vehicles and the owner of the vehicles. A GOOD AND FRUITFUL DECISION IS AWAITED.

Sub: Faulty Fuel Gauge on New Truck

This is to bring to your kind notice that, we have purchased NEW Truck Model # HR58B 7865 from your agency Pasco Motors, Mullana Haryana on November 6, 2018. Since the day Fuel Gauge is not being working properly.

We have taken the Truck to Pasco Motors premises twice but they can't figure out the problem. You are requested to send your engineer to solve the issue at the earliest. We do not expect such a quality from the TATA'S.

Kindly look into this and revert asap.

Dear Tata Motors,

I could not think from where to start. My excitement, joy, happiness has been transformed to anger, anxiety, mental torture and feeling which I couldn’t express.

I couldn’t understand what is my mistake by choosing Tata Motors, which is an esteemed organisation having DNA of people like JRD TATA and Ratan Tata or choosing Hemkund Motors as dealer for buying my Tata Nexon. I having waiting for last four five days to get my car, money for which I already paid by 22 & 23rd Dec 2018.

Before explaining my anguish below is sequence of events:

1. I negotiate and booked on 14 Dec for Tata Nexon with Sales Agent from Hemkund Motors.

2. On 16th I visited showroom, there I get to see my blue color Nexon. That car has some accessories like chrome finish, some lighting etc, when I asked why car has all accessories initially, they told some customer cancel car at last moment as some miss happening to his house. And hence cancelled the car. Then I said, I don’t require these things, so either you can remove completely or I can pay some minimum amount like 3-4 K.

3. On 21st Loan get approved and on 23rd I paid remaining amount of Rs 200000. And I was promised that car will be delivered on 24th. On that day I told that do not remove anything, ask me before doing anything.

4. On 24th I received call regarding Insurance and they also ask to bring sweets, that make me confident that car will be delivered to me. I reached showroom around 4: 00 PM with my wife and little kid.

5. I was shocked to know that car lift of showroom is not working and it will take time, when I asked why they didn’t inform me then, they don’t have any answer.

6. In the meantime out of curiosity I went to Pre delivery area in basement where my car was kept. I also noticed that car having temp no as DL/8/TC/2017/1/2 which make it like its 2017 model. Again new tension for me.

7. I was shocked to see my car in this condition, complete bumper was removed, headlight, tail light removed for removing accessories. It feel like your car has been gone through caesarean operation instead of normal delivery. I was really very sad and depressed seeing this. Image attached.

8. Next day i.e 25th Dec – Christmas I again visited showroom of Hemkund Motors for delivery, to my surprise lift was still not working and no mechanic was there to repair it either. Video attached.

9. On 26th, around 2:00 PM, I got informed that lift has been repaired and car will delivered to my house. But he also asked me to pay approx. 8000 Rs for accessories which cannot be removed. I said, it already quite delayed and my whole excitement to buy my dream car has already been vanished, I will not pay anything for accessories which I have not ordered. They didn’t send my car, I was waiting whole night.

10. Finally on 27th Dec I said OK please send my car, I will pay whatever you are asking, but please deliver it on time i.e 12:0 0 to 3:00 PM. At 1:00 PM I was being promised that we will send it in 10 min and Till 8:30 PM I have not received it, so I have to call driver and asked him to stay where he is, and I have to go Mohan nagar Ghaziabad for delivery.

Moreover there was no Manual book, mud flap, RC cover note with the car. I cannot drive car as its not sent for registration yet. Whose fault is this, why I have to suffer like this. Till today i.e 31st Dec, I have not received my car NO and booklet. Paid full amount by 24 Dec. Can some tell me is this what TATA believes in.

सर मेरे पास टाटा अल्ट्राज़ uk07dz3862 कार है .और अभि मेरा छोटा सा एक्सीडेंट हो गया था पर टाटा की तरफ से मुझे कोई भी किसी भी तरह की कोई भी सहायता नहीं दी गई मैंने टाटा पे भरोसा kr के बहुत बड़ी गलती kr दी इससे पहले मेरे पास मारुती की कार थी वो हर तरह से पूरी मदत करते थी पर टाटा ने मुझे बहुत निराश किया है मै आज के बाद कभी भी किसी ko टाटा की कार लेने ko नहीं कहूंगा.

I am vry much disappointed by the way we are attended when the Nexon EV is being sent for servicing.

I will be happy if someone from TATA MOTORS (not the dealers) approach me.
