I had placed an order 7 days ago, amount has got debited from my account but order confirmation wasn't successful. Have not received the item nor the credit.

I had very bad experience with Flipkart as they have given commitment to deliver Rakhi within one week but didn't deliver within two weeks.

Have ordered TWO sets ov two each Envie rechargeble 1100 MAH batteries. Only one has been delivered. Have registered complaint on you email ID given on the web site. It bounced, Have received an SMS that it will be delivered in a day (three days ago) Can decency communicate with you CC. HELP.

Dear Sir/ Madam I order birthday wall striker but I received wrong product as the picture shows in order image. I want to replace my product as shown in order pic.so please help me as soon as possible.

I purchased a MI handset Redmi Note 5 via Flipkart in April 2018 from Sawan Retailer Bilaspur Choak NH 8 Gurugram but it does not work properly. It is in warranty period but customer care refuse to replace it or service it as per term and condition, Every thing is bogus.

This is worst experience with Flipkart, I had purchase MB oppo find x which will not doing proper work ND there were not any mail about my voucher worth 3000,I m really disappointed with Flipkart.. in future I would not does any deal from this app.

Dear Flipkart team i have a problem as i got a e voucher for my wedding but unfortunately the expiry date for the voucher was 16th Sep 2018 and i was under a misconception that its 23rd Sep as that was my wedding day. This i realized it today as it was a gift for me on my wedding day hence request your help in resolving this so that i can use the voucher today itself as its delayed just by a day and also the amount is way too high from me which is INR 20K.

I have registered for a return pickup on 26th oct’18. Till date I have been receiving messages that some executive is on the way for pickup, but till this hour none has turned up and the date of return will be lapsed. It’s very inconvenient for me as I have to stay myself or make an arrangement for return to the person who is expected, towards a fake message. When you are not sure to attend the customer why did you sent a unrealistic message.

Guys be careful with this website they are cheating too much i ordered Tatasky set they cheat with me and they kept my money one month and return and just now i ordered door lock completely different and they will keep my money again 15 days think how much they are earning with our money this is happened with me so many time they are delivered wrong item and there is no contact telephone number you cannot contact with anybody. There is a toll free number its not working.
