Malfunctioning of Base Inverter
Base Battery and Inverter recently purchased at Patna (Bihar) is not functioning properly.
Battery not working properly
I bought a base battery for my home inverter but it is not working as it should. It discharges very quickly within 1.3 hours. I want Base to repair or give a new battery. The battery is only 3 months old and within warranty.
Fraud and cheat company
This is a fraud and cheat company, i have a Base battery which is under warranty but was denied replacement by the company.
Customer care number is not working
I have purchase a inverter on 01/05/2014 but battery service is very weak now. Customer care number is not working.
About Base Battery
This is the worst battery as I have ever seen. Only completed 3 years 10 days it stopped working and distributor dented to Help anything.
Worst service
Battery BT500, Base battery is worst. after 6 months of purchase date I suffer for this. Company's email is not working. If any one help me , I will ever grateful to u.
Service issue
I have purchased two Inverter Base battery from Buldana BASE dealer but now battery is not working .we have given the complaint and battery for checking to dealer in OCT 2018. i having the invoice within warranty but not a warranty card as per our record dealer has not given the warranty card at the time of battery purchased but now dealer is not supporting us. We are customer of BASE from last 15 Years. So please look this matter and give us the replacement within warranty.
