In the mean time I start a constructing new show room. That will be ready to display in april.I also sale kajaria ceramic of rs approx rs1200000(twelve lakh rs). Now my showroom will be ready in april. I requested to mr. Jatin (kajaria representative) to give me tiles (kajaria ceramics) and idea to display tiles he says rudely that I will return your rs 50000 cheque and cancelled your dealership. If you wants to work with kajaria ceramic you will be associate dealer not dealer. But I want to work with kajaria. I am dealer of kajaria and wants always work with kajaria. So please give dealers display and I will be very thank full to you.

Your authorised dealer M/s Mahalaxmi enterprises Shop.no.38-13, 4 & 5 Opp. Vayupuri shopping centre sainikpuri, Secunderabad 500094 has cheated me. I have purchased 64 boxes of 6201polished vitrifed tiles, Double charged from them. Mr. somaiah of mahalaxmi enterprises told me that 1 box of 4 tiles will be 16 Sq.feet and accordingly he has charged me for 64x16sq.ft = 1024 Sq.ft. whereas the actual measurement of the tiles for 1 box of 4 tiles is 1.44 Sq.mtr. i.e. 15.50 Sq.ft. 64x15.50 sq.ft = 992 sq.ft only. He has charged me extra for 32 sq.ft. which he has not supplied. When I asked him to return back the money for the extra sq.ft charged. He is accepting that he has lied to me that 1 box of 4 tiles measures 16 sq.ft. and is informing me that it is their business tactics and every dealer does that. He is simply refusing to return the money. I have spoken to your Hyderabad Area Manager of Vitrified tiles Mr. Vara Prasad, He is also not able to help me in this matter.

I ask Kajaria people, is this the way your dealer cheat the customers ? Whether I will get my hard earned money back ? My mobile no. is 8500452241

My name is Jitendra Nikam and i am one of fan of Kajaria tiles. I like your products very much. And your advertisements are really good like kuch to bat hai isa mitti me. I feel like at least one company is thinking about India and Indian people. With this confidence i bought tiles of Kajaria for my parking area. People generally buy tile of rate 130 per sqft for their home but considering Kajaria name and Akshay Kumar's association with it I paid same amount for parking tiles.

I was very excited that after using these tiles my parking area will look good but I was wrong and disappointed. After fixing the tiles i realised it is no were close to what I bought. Tiles turned dull and colourless. I was thinking why I bought Kajaria tiles. Will request you to imagine how would you feel that after spending your hard earned money ( to be precise 1.5 lakhs) you get disappointment that to from a well known brand.

Will request you to kindly change those tiles or else give me refund. For your reference I have attached tiles which I bought, tiles after fixing and original bill.

And used the Tiles except 29 packet, when the expert labors of the contractor cut the Tiles 3 pieces were damaged (1200×800) (when cutting the tiles on trolley the tiles was cracked or brokend. At that time we informed to Devi agencies. Another day Your company QC visit my site, His name Mr. Vimal Contact no.9746470998. And also with the presence of the QC your company another 2 pieces also damaged when the tiles cut.

The QC said a special type of blade used for cutting tiles, the workers used the same blades for cutting the tiles. At that time your QC said to the workers that don't use the trolley machine, Cut the tile on sand with hand cutter with water.But the workers rejected his plea and said there is not get the perfection of work. whatever it may be, I am not ready to suffer the irresponsibility from the part of your company And QC. Inspite of repeated demand to the QC who is your product controller, You are not yet replaced the tiles till the date.

I may file case against your irresponsibility and unwillingness to replace the said tiles. You are liable to pay compensation expenses ETC to me if the said tiles replaced within 5 days with your own costs.

We have purchased 1300 sq feet Kajaria tiles(800 mm x 800mm) from Shiv Tiles (Noida - Sec 9). I have heard a lot about Kajaria so i preferred it over other companies. But d experience i have faced with Kajaria was whole worse than even Local Tiles Traders. I feel cheated as in most of the boxes where Premium should have been mentioned is intentionally tored up. I will share photos on mail prooving the same. And with the quality of tiles, I have received, I am pretty sure second quality product has been delivered when being promised for d Premium ones. The manufacturing date is mentioned as 2017. I have already returned 2 boxes, since, i observed at the time of receiving that tiles were broken. And now facing the same issue of broken tiles at edges and scratch marks on tiles.

I want you to Please arrange a visit at my place and get the tiles replaced which are of Second Quality. 80 Percent of boxes are still packed and we will not be able to continue our work till someone visits. So, Please get someone looked into the same ASAP.

I have purchased 19 boxes of double charged vitrified Kajaria premium quality tiles Rs 610/- per box from M/s GEETA MARBLES & TILES, Marble Market Dhanas Chandigarh, your authorised distributors for tiles on 07-12-2021 vide bill no. 993. The tiles are spurious & seems to be duplicate as they are neither even/ smooth nor a quality product. Many strains have come on the tiles which are not deletable. The tiles are not well connected . You are requested to depute your team to gather samples & verify the genuineness of your product and save the company’s defamation besides the consumer case.

As per your distributor these tiles need to be ordered which they ordered and deliver to us thru our contractor. We are shocked to see the color of delivered tiles, which are not even matching 50% with the tiles we selected.

We call your customer care, your local representative (Mr. Ashish Nagar) & distributor (Ramakrishna) but there is no solution, and nobody is listening to us for above issue. We are unable to use these tiles since these are not as per our expectation.

We request you to intervene and ask your distributor to replace these tiles immediately. Also please do let us know if we need to pursue this case to someone else. Look forward to your reply on the same on priority. Tiles are kept unused at my residence as listed above.

My name is Gurpreet Singh. I am from Paonta Sahib, Himachal pradesh. I have purchased 55 Boxes of Kajaria planks of 8 inch by 48 inch from Prabhat Kajaria store, Paonta Sahib.

I am facing chipping issue with the tiles. I informed the kajaria shopkeeper and he informed that it's a common issue with kajaria planks tiles. If it's a common issue then why they are so much expensive (70 rupees per sqft). I am not satisfy and don't want to use kajaria tiles for my home any more.

Dear Kajaria Team,

I have purchased your Kajaria Eternity products few months back for my flooring. After the completion of tiling work we found most of the tiles are bend and it look ugly. I'm very disappointed on this issue. The most disappointed thing is that your after sales service is very poor I have sent complaint mails and till no response from your end. Now I'm filing complaint against you in the consumer court.

On 11 September I bought premium Kajaria tiles from your authorized dealer - Ceramic Centre at Thrissur, Kerala. Instead of delivering premium tile they delivered 600X600 Storm Silver tiles were all bend in the centre. On contacting delaer - Ceramic Centre, they said that all Kajaria tile come as bend in the centre and cannot be replaced. Not sure what sort of quality check Kajaria does and how can they pass bend tiles as premium to customer.

Jai Hind, This is Devendra Datt from Dehradun, spent entire life's money on a house and thought installing tiles made in India in in my house.? I'm using your coy Double charge polished Vitrified tails in my under construction house , after installing the tiles, some problems are visible in the tiles.like removing scale from the corners of tiles...This is most often seen after epoxy filling , looks very useless after the tiles are installed...i Spoken to company representative Mr. Aditya and he visit the site, but he did not accept my complaint and is not even picking up the phone...Expect any help from the Kajaria tiles company...???
